I can not be more impressed. My mother is and always has been very concerned with a clean neat home. Last fall my father passed away and now my mother who is in her mid 80s is living in the home but without my dad. Mom expressed to me that she would like to get the ducts cleaned as they had never been done in the 25 years since her and dad moved in. She has wanted them done from time to time but dad had always said they didn't need to be done. I looked around and tried to find a reputable company, as I know many offer great deals but really do very little. I saw "the duct cleaning specialist" doing a home just down the road from my moms a few weeks ago, and saw they had good equipment, a neat operator and when I spoke to him he was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the companies business card and went on line and investigated and was impressed with what I read. I spoke to mom and decided to use their services. The costs were not the cheapest I had seen, but the work I had seen down the road, and their description on their website made me confident this was the right company to use. I emailed and told them about my mother, what she wanted done and her situation. I also saw a contest online for elderly ones and so I thought what the heck and entered it for her. I was stunned to hear a few days later that she had won and they were doing a full air duct cleaning and disinfecting for no charge. Hard to believe? A too good to believe deal perhaps? Nope. Paul called, arranged a time, and it was set. We were our of their service area so we only paid $50 dollars for the travel time and fuel overages. I asked how he could do it for no charge and he said this is how he gives back to the community. Hard to believe in todays world. The cleaners came on time, 2 very responsible men, and did a wonderful job. Mom was so pleased she was bubbling. Nice to hear her happy. Also, she is nervous to have strangers in the home, so my daughter went to be with her. After an hour my mom said she was not nervous at all, and my daughter could leave. All I can say is "WELL DONE DUCT CLEANING SPECIALISTS!" and thank you so very much, Paul and your 2 workers.

I Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Paul and Mariela answered my questions and emails quickly and patiently. They made sure I was making very informed decisions about what I needed to have done and the cost involved. So we arranged a comprehensive duct, dryer, blower and coil cleaning as we hadn't had anything done in the 7 years we've been in our home. Their pricing is very competitive, and what I liked most, is the cost is broken down on their website and not hidden behind a 'call for quote' message. On the day of their visit, I was surprised to see John and Mark show up EXACTLY on time for the appointment. I'm so used to arrival windows spanning hours that it was refreshing to have them show up when they said they would. So two of the nicest and most polite guys walked me through the process, told me what they were going to do, and then started right away. Paul came by shortly after to inspect the work and lend his expertise. The work was done promptly, there was no mess at all, and the bill was exactly as negotiated. All in all, from the office to the in house technicians, this team is polished, PROFESSIONAL and just all around nice. I have no problem recommending them to anyone Thank you again Paul, John, Mark and Mariela! You guys were great :)

The Duct Cleaning Specialists were very professional. From the start to finish. Mariella who booked the appointment was very pleasant she explained all the services and what they entailed. They showed up on the date scheduled right on time. The men were professional and polite they did exactly what they had promised. I will definitely use them again.

Working with this company was easy from start to finish. Easy to book, great communication (love the emails with work orders, day-before confirmation and follow up). Did a great job, and showed us what was happening every step of the way. Would use them again.

It was none the less a pleasure to deal with such a brilliant company. The level of expertise was astonishing. My daughter was allergic to all the dust clogging up our ducts but not anymore, I cannot say how grateful I am. Thank you.

The reviews that I found for this company was impressive. What impresses me more is the work that they do. Paul and Chris was very nice, punctual, and care about the client. They don't just clean the duct , they replaces the parts that does not work, remove their shoes, and clean after. I was very satisfied with the result. I will definitely hire them again and recemmend them family and friends.

Brian and Johnny were extremely prompt and knowledgeable regarding the air duct cleaning. They answered all our questions and refreshingly, did not try to upsell any services like some of our previous air duct cleaning companies. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned!

They arrived on time, were courteous and willing to explain what they were doing. The cleaning was thorough and they cleaned up the work site when they finished. I would hire them again with no hesitation.
