    duct cleaning

    I am the owner of a design firm in Toronto. Unfortunately, our industry is fraught with companies that make empty promises to secure jobs but never follow through. What a refreshing change The Duct Cleaning Specialists have been. Right from the beginning, Paul was professional yet friendly, outlining clearly what work we should be expecting and how much we would be paying. His team showed up when they were scheduled, finished early and charged us LESS than the estimate as the job ended up taking less time than initially planned. What more can you say than that? I would not hesitate to hire this company again or recommend it to clients, friends or family. Thank you for a job well done.

    Duct cleaning

    We just purchased our house and wanted to start off with clean ducts. Early on in the work Paul proclaimed that these are some if the dirtiest ducts he's ever seen. Despite that, we got an incredibly thorough cleaning service. Paul and Steve also go above and beyond what they committed to showing real interest in their client's satisfaction. My expectations were exceeded. Which is tough considering the reviews I read about the Duct Cleaning Specialists before we hired them.

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    I was extremely happy with the work provided by Duct Cleaning Specialists. I booked an appointment between 1:00-2:00, and Jonathan had the courtesy to call me at 1:00 to let me know he and Chris were running late as he didn't want me to sit at home waiting for them. As a stay-at-home Mom with limited windows of opportunity to take care of things during the day, I really appreciated this call. After the cleaning was done, I used my dryer, which had been taking 2 or more hours to dry clothes, and everything was dry in 40 minutes. I clearly should have had done this months ago. Duct Cleaning Specialists also had the most reasonable price and the best reviews on Homestars.

    Duct Cleaning

    Fast, friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend Paul and his company--professional duct cleaners who care about doing a good job. I was also impressed by the depth of knowledge and advice on how to maintain my new home.

    Duct cleaning

    Mark and Johnny were very thorough ( I checked to see all vents were done myself) and pleasant. They were neat and worked very efficiently Price was very reasonable considering all the pretenders out there..

    Duct cleaning

    On a purchase of our new to us house (30 year old house) I was looking to have the ducts cleaned. On recommendation I called “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, and from the first contact I was very impressed with the professional yet friendly attitude. Made an appointment for few week ahead. They asked multiple question about my place (how many floors, vents…etc.), and made it very simple to understand. Prior to the appointment day, I received an email from Paul, reminding me that they are coming the next day to perform the service. Next day the crew came on time. Very nice to see. They inspected everything, provided a detailed explanation of what they will do, and went to work. Paul also stated that the ducts looked as if they were cleaned prior to this visit, but only the easy parts/runs. He spent the extra time to get into the difficult ones/runs to make sure all was cleaned properly. Once they were finished the duct cleaning, they put everything back and fully cleaned up after them self’s. Friendly attitude and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future. As a side note, they even shoveled the snow in the driveway so they could get in. Without complaining :-) Olympia

    duct cleaning

    The technicians were pros. I liked that they took a picture of a return air duct before and after cleaning so I could see for myself what was done. Also, they were about 30 minutes late and although they called to let me know, they cleaned our furnace / air conditioning coils at no charge. We got more than we asked for!

    Duct cleaning and hepa air system installed

    We called the duct cleaning specialists because our son was suffering from some breathing allergies lately. When we called we spoke to Paul, the owner, and explained our urgency to have our ducts cleaned as well as install a Hepa air filtration system to our furnace. Paul understood our urgency and said he would do whatever he had to, to help us out. Even though they were fully booked, Paul came out himself on a Saturday morning to get the job done for us. Paul and his team did a great job! They were friendly and professional and showed us step by step progress of their work, including before and after pictures of our air ducts. I'm very glad to still see that there are still some honest people out there. I would highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists if you want a job well done!

    Duct cleaning

    They do individual lofts , ducts overhead on high ceilings. Guys were so professional . They even did some extra dusting while they were on ladder. They had to move sliding door and dryer to clean dryer exhaust. To Mat and Mark, thank you. You give the company you work for a great name

    Duct cleaning

    Steve and Adrian did a great job. They were both professional and personable. They had no issues with answering my questions and educated me on how a home HVAC is supposed to operate. I had just moved in after having some renos done.They discovered that the previous owner had roughed in an extra air return that was bypassing the furnace filter. They pointed out and corrected the problem for me. About an hour after they had finished.Paul, the owner,called me to follow up on how things went and inform me that the guys mistakenly forgot to apply a rebate to my bill, which he did promptly. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their ducts inspected and cleaned right the first time. The old adage of "you get what you pay" for is so true, especially these days.Don't be fooled by the $99 specials. The Duct Cleaning Specialists are the real deal. Thanks for an honest and thorough job guys.
