    Duct Cleaning

    Mark and Ryan came to our house Feb 7, 2014. They were very clean and left everything the way it was when they got there. They answer all my questions - very paitent and professional. I was very happy with the work and detail. Order Number 266656

    Duct Cleaning

    I had a great experience with the guys at Duct Cleaning Specialists. From my initial call with Paul to the actual onsite work with Chris and John, I was blown away by the professionalism and care they took to explain their process and complete the work. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services!

    Dust Extraction

    Paul Hannah and his team; Steve, Marc, Ryan, and Matt, took on the challenge of extracting 11 years of sawdust from a former wood working facility. The facility is currently being remodeled into an automotive R&D centre. This team took on a challenge of immeasurable difficulty. After 3 hours of unsettling incredible amounts of sawdust everywhere, our facility was sawdust free!!! Speechless about the quality of work, and high level of customer service! Exceptional work! Thank you Matt, Ryan, Steve, and Marc for your great work; and thank you Paul for taking on the challenge of cleaning an old warehouse that is well on its way to becoming a cool automotive design and R&D Centre.     Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning

    We'd just come through a really stressful year long renovation and were hesitant to use contractors again after our difficulties last year, but these guys restored my faith in the industry. Fast, friendly, and attentive to details. Setting up the appointment over email was a breeze, and Steve and Mat were courteous, quick and clearly proud of their work. Explained everything and were even considerate about our terrified cat making sure he didn't get out and was safe with us throughout. We chose them based on these reviews (of which I was slightly wary -- can anyone truly be that consistently good?) - the answer is yes. Highly recommend. Invoice D1475.

    Duct cleaning

    We recently had our ceilings smoothed and some renovations. There was a lot of dust and debris. The Duct Cleaning Specialists were refereed from family that has used them in the past. The Duct Cleaning Specialists were courteous, fast and professional. They checked areas that might have been blocked and offered suggestions for improving the HVAC flow. I would use them again.     Duct cleaning after a reno

    We had just finished a kitchen reno in our new condo and there was dust everywhere. I looked around and saw on Homestars the reviews for Dcut Cleaning Specialists. I took a chance and it was well worth it. Paul called me right back, came the next day, and I had a cleaning within two days. His team were polite, prompt, and did an amazing job. They even provided better filters for the furnace. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Invoice B1316

    Dryer duct cleaning service

    We've been having a problem with our dryer duct for 2 months now. We tried numerous things to clean it but nothing work. The first service order we placed 2 very polite men came and assessed the problem and came to the conclusion that they needed a longer ladder for the work to be completed they went back and explained the situation their boss. The following day 2 other servicemen came with the appropriate sized ladder and worked very hard in friged -25C temps to clean out the duct thoroughly. All 4 men that we dealt with were exceptionally nice and the lady who books the appointment was very knowledgeable. I recommend this company for the great and well priced service. I look forward to doing business with them again

    Duct clenaing

    UPDATE - The company immediately reached out to me to discuss my review and after explaining my situation, they agreed to compensate me for the plumbing work that hard to be done and applied a further $100 credit to my account. I must say that I'm very impressed by the service here and have adjusted my score on my earlier review accordingly. Hired Duct Cleaning Specialists to come in and clean my ducts for the Wednesday. They did the job as requested, however, in testing the humidifier - or whatever they did (my wife was there and couldn't provide a fully accurate description as to what happened) - they saddle valve connecting the humidifier water line broke. So, now I have to pay an additional $200 to fix this and the phone number to the duct technician isn't being picked up. We are also waiting for the pictures of our duct work to be emailed to us so I can 100% verify that the work was completed (I was at work when the work was done).

I have never heard from you regarding this incident until coming across this posting. Please call me at your earliest convenience at 647-234-3828 to discuss or email me as well. I am not sure how our duct cleaning service has any effect on damaging your humidifier valve, but none the less, I’d like to chat with you and figure something out. Also, as far as pictures go… we have hundreds of photos, and typically go over them with the customer during the job itself… we don’t save them… I’d be more than happy to come out myself and inspect the system to ensure that everything was cleaned, and if not, have it re-done again… Please try and get in touch with me at your earliest convenience, as this is not how I like leaving my customers, and want to make sure you are happy with everything… Talk soon.     Air Duct Cleaning

    We had The Duct Cleaning Specialists come in to clean our air ducts before our second baby arrives. They quoted us a price over the phone, but when they arrived they told us it would be a lot less because of the type of furnace we had. That was great news! I was also relieved that they were so honest because I would not have known the difference! They quickly finished the job and when they left there was no mess at all! They also told me that I didn't need to have my air ducts cleaned for another 7 years with my type of furnace, which is much different than what my mom was told when she had her air ducts cleaned by another company (every two years!). Overall they did a great job, they are an honest company and I would highly recommend them! Thanks :)

    Duct Cleaning

    Excellent work by the crew. On time and efficient. Talked to Paul about getting a price break because ducts were cleaner than presumed. Since the time taken was less than anticipated Paul was very understanding and agreed to provide a discount. Thanks Paul.
