    Duct Cleaning

    These guys did a fantastic job. They were very professional, fast, and thorough. Extremely pleased with the job they did. The team was also very flexible in terms of dates and times, as I had to reschedule a couple of times. Great job!

    Duct Cleaning

    Duct cleaning

    Adrian was polite, friendly and had no issues answering my many, many questions that i had about duct cleaning and the HVAC system in general. He even encouraged me to ask questions which really helped in my understanding (as a new homeowner) of the entire system. We walked through all the ducting in my house and he showed me how the A/C, humidifier and furnace were all integrated. He even pointed out key things to look for and inspect throughout the year as part of my routine maintenance. I liked the fact that he didn't leave any mess and cleaned around every vent that he worked on. He even allowed me to use his large shop vac to clean parts of my house. Adrian really went above and beyond when he assisted me in getting my gas fireplace lit, and he even cleaned out what he could inside the fireplace (this was definitely not part of the work order!). The service didn’t stop there. When i notified them later in the evening that i was having some issues with my furnace, they promptly contacted their sister company (a HVAC specialist) who then contacted me and helped me troubleshoot my furnace. Again, they followed up days later just to make sure everything was ok. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

    Duct cleaning

    Saw the excellent reviews for this company on Homestars and had high expectations. The guys arrived on time, were extremely polite and friendly and worked hard the whole time they were here. I was happy with the service, but had one minor issue. I had requested all the heating vent covers be left open throughout the house whereas many were left closed or partially closed. When I alerted Paul Hannah of this issue a couple of days later, he told me he was coming to check it out. He arrived as promised the same evening and checked to make sure everything about the job was in order. He too was extremely polite and friendly. I can honestly say that was the best customer service follow-up I have ever experienced. He made one minor adjustment to the cold air return in the basement and went on to offer me a 15% refund for the trouble. I was so impressed, I refused the refund. I will never use another duct cleaning service as long as The Duct Cleaning Specialists continue to offer this outstanding level of service. I will also recommend them to anyone I know who needs duct cleaning, furnace cleaning or dryer vent cleaning. Now if only they provided other services.... : ) Note that the cost for our job did not include furnace/filter vacuuming but we did have 9 extra vents at $5 each, which we were informed of prior to the work being booked (we also received an emailed written estimate at that time which they adhered to).

    Duct Cleaning Specialists

    Amazing amazing service!!! I was ready to pay for the whole package thinking I needed it. After doing their inspection around the house, they were honest with me and told me that I only needed to change my filter. I would have payed $400 and payed $10 instead. I truly appreciate their honesty. Not to mentioned how professional and friendly they were. They walked me through the entire process before starting. Once they opened a few vents, they took some photos to show me how clean they already were. Thank you!!!

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Having our air ducts cleaned has definitely improved the quality of air circulating around our house. I haven't been sneezing that much since the service; so I know Mark and Johnny did a great job. They also took time to answer my questions about their process and advised on when/how the vents attached to another system may be cleaned another time. We are very satisfied with their service.     Dryer cleaning and duct repair

    We have used the duct cleaning specialists twice now and they show up when they say they are going to, quickly assess and fix the issue. Adrian and Damian visited us this time and were professional, courteous and fixed the constant clanging in our ducts. We are so grateful for their expertise. I would recommend these guys to anyone without hesitation. This company should be first choice for anyone with duct needs!!

    Duct and Dryer Cleaning

    Thank you to Mat and Steve for their quick, clean and fabulous job. Mat and Steve came explained everything beautifully. They did a fabulous job and were done in no time. The left everything in beautiful condition. Highly recommend!

    Duct Cleaning

    We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Johnn and Chris were punctual and courteous. They explained the process and showed us before and after pictures of the ducts. They worked efficiently and were respectful of our house, removing their outdoor footwear and covering their shoes. They also identified the source of a related issue which has been independently confirmed. We were impressed with the company's honesty in recommending that the ducts be cleaned every 5 - 7 years as opposed to yearly. The price was comparable to other companies we had used in the past and consistent with the amount quoted via email. We highly recommend them. J.B. Toronto

    Duct Cleaning Services

    Thank-You Steve and Matt for your professionalism and great service! We won the Christmas Contest in December and it couldn't have come at a better time. Our new home builder did not include duct cleaning and we also had a bunch of renos/upgrades underway. The Duct Cleaning Specialists did a great and thorough job, and we would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Thank-You Paul and team :)
