    Duct Cleaning

    I found this company through Homestars. They had a ten star rating as well more than 700 reviews. I figured I couldn't go wrong, and I was right! This company has an exceptional level of communication, respect and empathy for their clients. They did the little things that impress me. When providing me with a window of arrival, 2-4pm, they called at around 1pm letting me know the exact time of arrival so that I wouldn't have to wait around. Unfortunately, when they arrived, both compressors had malfunctioned as it was one of the coldest days ever recorded in Toronto (-37 degrees Celsius with the wind chill). Both technicians were incredibly apologetic and explained the situation to me. They said that Paul would be calling me shortly to reschedule. The situation was out of their control but they were still the first to offer me a further $100 off of my quoted (and emailed!) work order and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Costs were transparent and fair, the work was professional and the technicians were efficient, courteous and skilled. I will definitely be using this company again and would recommend them to anyone I know.

    Duct Cleaning

    Wow, what professionals! I called The Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean my mothers house after a big renovation. From the minute that I called and spoke with Paul to the end of the service it was an amazing customer experience. No hassle, always professional, knowledgeable, on time, courteous, clean, and did exactly what they came out to do. I was so impressed that I've now booked them to do my house as well. Purchase their service with confidence.

    Duct Cleaning

    We moved here from Caledon and did major renovations to our house. With the ducts, which have never been cleaned as well as all the construction dust, it was time for a good duct cleaning. After doing research on the internet I came across The Duct Cleaning Specialist and their great reviews. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. I chose the top of the line package just because of all the renovations. Matt and Damian were very professional, polite, and clean. Everything was explained to me. As a local 30 sheet metal worker and being in the field, I highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialist. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

    Duct Cleaning

    We recently moved into a new home that had been extensively renovated. Paul and his crew did a great job getting the ducts cleaned as there was a great deal of dust and debris left in the ducts after the renovation. This is the third time I have used The Duct Cleaning Specialists and as usual they did a teriffic job. Invoice number D1459. Berto

    Duct cleaning

    The technicians, Johnny and Chris, were punctual in their arrival. Johnny took the time to show me what they will be doing and explained all my questions. They were obviously very experienced and carried out the work without any glitches. Thank you!

    duct cleaning

    Paul was very helpful in informing us about how to get rid of dog dander in the house we were moving into as my child is highly allergic. His staff did a great job cleaning the ducts and were very professional. Best recommendation is that after doing this a thorough cleaning (all walls, ceilings, surfaces by Maret) there was no allergic reaction!

    Duct Cleaning

    I called Duct Cleaning Specialists after reading their reviews on homestars. Paul (the owner of the establishment) answered the call. I had a problem which I explained to him. He requested a few pictures of the furnace room and the ducting. As soon as I sent the pictures he called me back and said that there should be no problem to do the job. Paul was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel confident to give him the business. My appointment was on a very cold day which created a problem for the technician to keep the vacuum running. They had to bring a portable one for him which seemed to be powerful enough. The technician (Adrian) worked hard throughout the job. It took him a little longer to finish but that was due to the cold weather and vacuum problem which was understandable. I liked the fact that Adrian was determined to finish the job and finish it to my satisfaction despite the interruption and cold weather. That meant a lot to me. Thank you Adrian for your effort. I would like to thank Paul as-well for taking his time to answer my questions when I called him initially and thank you for the follow up call later that evening. I will definitely use your services in the future again and recommend your company to others without hesitation. After all who wouldn't like a professional-friendly service with a fair pricing?     The guys were thorough, well equipped and friendly. They took time to explain what they were doing and showed pictures of what the ducts looked like before hand. I got them based on reviews here and they lived up.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Mark & Johnny are most definitely "HomeStars". Passionate about their work, efficient, friendly, helpful, what more could I ask for? And with pics of the ducts before & after, these guys confirmed that they delivered as promised... sparkling clean ducts. And I am so impressed to meet these two servicemen who are inspired by the passion of the owner of this company to be just as passionate about the service they provide.Thanks Mark & Johnny!     Duct cleaning

    Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in several years. Steve and Mat showed up on time as promised. They were friendly and efficient guys who did a solid job and tidied up afterwards.
