    Duct cleaning and follow up services

    I am so grateful I came across this company. Never in a million years would I think I would be so thrilled to share my appreciation after having my furnace cleaned. I initially booked to have the furnace in my house cleaned and serviced. My appointment was set up very quickly and my quote was exactly what I paid. The two gentleman that came to our house were professional,clean, thorough and even showed me the ins and outs of what they were doing. They did a great job of cleaning the ducts... I have asthma so I could instantly notice a difference after they finished. Just when I thought a 5 star review would suffice I wish there was an option for a 6 th star. Recently we discovered some major flooding in our crawl space . This flooding submerged part of of ducts and the the smell of dirt and mould was making it unliveable and unbearable to be in our house. After getting little to no help from restoration companies I emailed Paul the owner to see if he could help with the disinfecting of the ducts. He said he'd be over the next day to help us disinfect our ducts. Paul just left our house and my husband and I could not be more grateful or happy. Not only did he do a thorough disinfecting job he also left me with some product , referrals and renewed hope that there are still a few good people left in the world. From receiving no help over the last few weeks to having someone treat us like family I cannot say how happy I am to have come across Paul and his team. We will definitely be referring our friends and family. Thanks again to Paul and his team.

    heating

    Well a couple yrs go I got the cleanings done for my house.. after we had the black out my moms room had no heat..so shes been sleeping in another room cause it was very cold in her room..so before I called your company I went looking for my bill to find out what location I used..but I couldnt find it...I went on google and found your company phone number and a man answered the phone by the name paul. I explain everything to him ..he said he can make me an appointment for friday jan 3 ..he came out and had a look in my moms room with the tools he came with..I was very pleased he fixed the problem..when I asked him questions..he knew the answers...he was very nice and friendly..and explained to me step by step what I needed to know ..im so glad that my mom has heat in her room again. thank u very much again .if I have anymore problems in the future I will call him to help

Although we were not the company you dealt with many years ago, I was more than happy to come out and see if we could help fix the problem. Upon inspection, it was determined that the vent connection was proper, there was no disconnection, but the main damper had been completely shut, allowing very little airflow to the back end of the house. Having that adjusted, and putting the air filter in properly help to solve the issue. I am glad that the heat is now working and your mother has no issues with her room being an ice box.     duct cleaning

    We recently moved into a house and I wanted to ensure the ducts were properly cleaned. Mat and Steve were both friendly and personable. I asked them a few questions here and there, and they didn't seem to mind answering them and were very knowledgeable. It took them about 2.5 hours to do the job from start to finish. I will hire this company again down the road and highly recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    The whole process from booking the appointment to the work done was very good, the staff very professional and efficient (even with minus 20 degrees outside!). Arrived within the time frame given and did a good job! Plus they told me I only need to do this every 5 to 7 years!

When done properly, Duct Cleaning may not be necessary for several years. Keep in mind, that you should be maintaining your system on a yearly basis, and changing filters.     Duct Cleaning

    I just wanted to write a review on the excellent customer service and work done by Paul Hannah of Duct Cleaning Specialists. Paul was extremely professional, respectful and diligent in getting the job done. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking to get their ducts cleaned. He came to our place at a moment's notice during the busy holiday season and ensured that the job got done.

    Duct Cleaning after Basement Reno.

    On the 28th of December 2013, I received a duct cleaning from Johnny and Chris. These two gentlemen were arrived at my door 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Very polite, clean appearance, courteous and professionals. It took nearly 1 1/2 hr. to complete the job without any mess. The cost is not cheap, but reasonable. I'll definitely recommend to anyone who needs a duct cleaning and re-hire them again in the future.

    Duct cleaning

    I found these guys thru home stars and after reading all the reviews knew that it would be money wisely spent. Saw the before and after shots and wow, that was nasty. They did a great job. Adrian and Ryan were great, funny and knowledgeable. I ask lotsa questions and they answered them all without getting huffy. I can ask dumb questions that every homeowner should know. Hopefully it won't be another 17 yrs before I call them to clean out the ducts again.

    Duct Cleaning

    Extremely professional crew, punctual and efficient. Took the time to talk to me about best practices for taking care of my ducts and furnace. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.

    Duct Cleaning

    3months after living in my new home, I was still waking up feeling iIl and stuffy in the morning. No amount of sweeping, mopping or dusting seemed to help and so I decided to have the the ducts cleaned. The gentlemen from The Duct Cleaning Specialist arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do. I was able to view the condition of the ducts through a camera they used and ohhh my... No wonder I was so ill. The ducts were filthy. In the end, the specilist gave me advise about maintainance which was very very helpful and I'm glad I used this company...no complaints here. Oh yah, I breathing and feeling much better in the mornings!!! Thank you.

    Basement renovation

    Two things: 1. the technicians arrived within the stated time frame, on the early side so that our afternoon wasn't spent waiting in vain, and 2. they put a camera in our furnace and informed us that a full duct cleaning would not be necessary given the low levels of dirt, so they just charged us to clean the furnace. Their honesty was appreciated.
