    Duct Cleaning

    Adrian arrived right on time and was courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do...showed me before and after pictures. One of my vents was not attached properly and he fixed it for me. Great job and thanks much!

    duct cleaning of entire house and laundry dryer

    Two guys came to the house on time and worked efficiently and thoroughly the entire time. they also took photos of the dryer duct so I was able to see how clogged the pipe had gotten.

    Dryer Vent and Bathroom Fan Cleaning

    I used this company about 2.5 years ago for dryer vent/bathroom ceiling fan cleaning, and was very impressed with the work and customer service. I called Paul again and he managed to fit me in a few days after my call - important, since I was expecting a delivery of a new washer/dryer and wanted the cleaning done beforehand. Matt and Adrian arrived an hour early (!). They took their shoes off upon entry (sounds like a small detail but important for cleanliness!) and Matt explained clearly the nature of the work they were about to do. Adrian was kind enough to demonstrate how to remove the cover from the bathroom ceiling fan. I have noticed a definite improvement in performance since the cleaning took place. Matt was even honest enough to recommend that I wait at least 3 years before scheduling another cleaning. When I do, it will be with the Duct Cleaning Specialists, and I'll happily recommend them to anyone in the interim. Thank you, Paul and crew :)

    Duct Cleaning

    Waited forever to get ducts cleaned because I was so annoyed with all the tele marketers. However eventually had to do something about the dust in my house. Great workers, very friendly and was very comfortable with them in my home.

    Air duct,dryer vent and central air duct cleaning

    I found the good review on this site and also read the story on The Star about this company. I booked the appointment online and received the response from Paul immediately. He sent me the work order and confirmed the appointment date. On the work order, the prices are clearly breakdown. Adrian and Ryan were the technician on that day. Ryan clearly explained the procedures before the work started. They took almost three hours to complete the tasks. We are very satisfied with their services and definitely recommend this company.

    duct cleaning

    Steve and Matt were very professional and did a great job. I was working from home that day, and they were very courteous and kept the noise down as I told them i was in meetings. They provided excellent advice on how to more evenly distribute heat throughout the house. I highly recommend the company, their people, and the services they perform.

    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Mat arrived on time, were courteous and professional and worked diligently to complete the job; the quality of which exceeded my expectation. They explained what they were about to do, proceeded with each task and cleaned up the work area when they were done. With a high degree of satisfaction I recommend Steve and Mat and The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

    Duct Cleaning

    I found this company simply by seeing the truck in my neighbour and so I decided to call them.The staff were very knowledgeable and they explained the process at different points in the work process.Very professional and polite. They also cleaned the furnance and dryer as a courtesy which we really appreciated.The staff suggested a better filter to be used in the furnance. Since they were here we have not seen fine dust appearing right after furniture has been cleaned.And I am very sensitive to dust and I find the air quality is much better in the house.If you asked me how they could improve I would have to say I can't think of anything. Outstanding service. We would use them again and we would highly recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    Thanks Adrian & Ryan for doing a great job. They showed up on time. They are professional and left me smiling. The service is not cheap but worth it. I would highly recommend DCS to all my friends.

    Air Duct cleaning

    We have a few cats so I felt it was probably time to clean the ducts for that reason. We also never had since buying the home 4 years ago. I was a bit worried the cats would get freaked out or get in the way however the two guys (Steve and Matt) who came to our home were both really polite and respectful of our requests and of our pets. They seemed to work very efficiently at vaccuuming the ducts out with their huge vaccuum they had in their truck. It got a bit cold with having the door cracked open for their hose to run through but nothing we couldn't handle for the 1 hour or so they were here. I requested to have our dryer vent cleaned out which they said they did, I will still need to see myself as I haven't run a load in the dryer yet (it was previously not drying well). They told me it was very clogged up. They also said it wasn't included in the service. I felt it should really be, especially since we were paying 330 + tax for a home that is not very big. Regardless I believe they did unclog it as both guys seemed like honest and hard-working individuals. They did show me photos of a couple of our larger air ducts (before and after photos). I assume they were our ducts, although I never saw them take the photos. If they were then they certainly cleaned alot of filth from inside those ducts. Upon finishing their service the home smelled very nice with the thyme lemon sanitizer they sprayed in the vents. Too bad it doesn't last longer :) I should also mention that when they were cleaning our furnace they loosened a wire and so it was not working when they left. We had to call Paul at their office who let the guys know to come back and see why the furnace wasn't turning on. Thankfully we had a back up gas fireplace in our living room because it was very cold outside. I suggest in the future they ensure the furnace is working when leaving a customers' home however I was more than happy with how quickly they came back to resolve the issue. This is very good customer service and I know this company is working very hard to ensure they keep their customer happy. I would recommend this company to friends or family who need their ducts cleaned.

Having completed your job a lot quicker than anticipated, if you take a look at your invoice, we actually DID the Dryer Vent Cleaning for FREE :) As far as the photos go, your absolutely correct. How do you know if those pictures are actually yours? There are some companies that show the exact same before and after pictures, to every customer, but its not even from their own house. I can assure you that the pictures you viewed were infact from yours, and if you ever have any doubts, pick up the phone, tell me to get over there, and we will do a complete inspection again, no worries. For people reading this review, keep that in mind, as you want to be sure the pictures your viewing are indeed from your own home. Lastly, about the furnace. We do make sure the system is running before and after we leave. For whatever reason, they just put your fan on and left the heat off, but the wire that was disconnected was for the heat, which still allowed the fan to run, which is why it probably didn't cross their mind to check. None the less, when we goof up, we make sure to have the problem rectified as quick as possible. Glad this was all done to your satisfaction and you were happy with your decision to have us in your home and complete the work. Thank you again for the kind words about our company.
