    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Mat did a great job of duct cleaning at my home recently. They were very polite and courteous, taking the time to explain the process and they left my house spotless! I was happy to receive a pre-appointment confirmation call along with a follow up email after the job was complete. A truly professional company to deal with.

    Duct cleaning

    I selected this company based on the excellent Homestars reviews, so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. Matt & Steve arrived on time, were professional and courteous and took great pride in their work. The results were excellent. When I received the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was lower than quoted. Paul explained that the job took them less time than anticipated and passed on the savings. How many businesses would do that? Top notch service, integrity and a commitment to their clients. Highly recommended.

    Duct cleaning

    Duct cleaning of return ducts -> super service : on time, polite, helpful, the work was efficient and successful, did extras e.g. found holes in duct-work and sealed them, advised on how the home owners can clean the pre-filters, took before and after photos. Very satisfied with the service.

    clean ducts

    2 guys came yesterday to clean our ducts. They were very conscientious and seemed to do a good job. After they left my wife found dust and debris in the furnace room that they had missed cleaning up. We spent 3 hours last night cleaning and still more needs to be done. I have my own business and I know every company makes mistakes -- it's the manner in which they resolve them that separates out the high quality companies. I called the owner to see how he would react -- and he was a class act. We had asked for a small refund to cover a cleaning lady to clean up the furnace room. He offered to double what we asked and is sending a cheque. In my books he gets an A plus for the way he handled it. His approach should give anyone total confidence to deal with this company.

    Duck Cleaning

    We live in a very old house that was used as a rental property prior, the work done completely changed the heating experience. The workers were very polite, something I appreciated given that I had a 2 year old and a 1 month old in the house. The cleaning job was very difficult and they responded on-time and with an excellent sense of customer service. I would have no problem referring business to them.

    Dryer Exhaust Cleaning

    I called another company and they said it would be almost two weeks to come out and cost over $50 more! I called the Duct Cleaning Specialists and gave me an appointment the next day, sent me an email confirmation, and did a great job. Highly recommend!!!!!

    Duct cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists were very professional and polite. Good communication. They even fixed up a small vent diversion in the ductwork, to help even out the distribution of airflow!

    Duct Cleaning

    Not knowing what to expect (except from the great reviews) I made a cold call to The Duct Cleaning Specialists (DCS) and am thrilled with their responsiveness, professionalism and service delivery. With a single call I was able to book an appointment at my convenience. They showed up on time, were thorough in their work and talked us through every step of the process. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, efficient and focused on the task at hand. The DCS know how to run a business by delivering great service at a competitive price. Great experience and I will definitely use them again.

    Duct Cleaning

    The whole experience from booking the appointment on the phone to performing the service was pleasant and professional. Mark arrived right on time and was courteous and very professional. He explained clearly what he was going to do, and his work was thorough and efficient. It was a cold day and the front door was opened, yet Mark still has this friendly smile on his face! Talking about brilliant service! I would highly recommend this company if you are contemplating to have one done in your home. I have had duct cleaning done by other companies before, but they won't be hearing from me anymore.

    Duct Cleaning

    We are thrilled with our yesterday duct cleaning experience. We used Homestars to find a company, choosing it because of the number of positive reviews. The entire experience, from start to finish, was well handled, from our initial contact, through to the follow up. Steve and Adrian are very professional, and very polite.
