    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Matt just left my house smelling like Thyme and LEmon and with much cleaner air. From the moment I contacted the company and received a response in less than 2 hours from Paul, I knew I had selected the right company. Matt and Steve arrived right on time today and were finished in the time Paul estimated. They were both very professional, informative, and friendly with our animals. I've heard horror stories about duct cleaning and did my research before hiring this company and will not hesitate to hire them again when I do this again. Unlike some duct cleaning companies, I am certain this one will be around for a long time.

    Air Ducts, Dryer, CVAC, Furnance

    Customer Service Excellence!!! I read numerous reviews on HomeStars about the Duct Cleaning Specialists and decided to email to find out more details and request service. First off, Paul was extremely responsive in getting back to me, answering all of my questions and emailing me a reference of the quote. Paul also gave me a courtesy call on the day prior to my scheduled appointment to ensure that everything was still planned on their end. Matt and Steve arrived punctually and instantly demonstrated a high degree of professionalism by showing me a binder of their company protocols and standards as well as reviewing the service that I had arranged with Paul. They took their time to explain what they were doing, the tools and instruments that they were using and also educated me on areas of potential concern that I should be mindful of based on their knowledge and expertise (potential fire code risks on older humidifier duct material). Steve and Matt were thorough and in addition to leaving everything clean and tidy also went above and beyond in terms of taking the extra time to seal areas were air could be escaping and adding some extra tubing for my dryer vent. The two major things that amazed me after the service was completed was how much lint had been in the dryer vent and how much more heat I was able to feel in different rooms of my house that typically were cooler. Having recently purchased our home (less than 5 months) getting The Duct Cleaning Specialists to come and provide service was invaluable in providing us with the peace of mind to know that things have been cleaned and disinfected. Paul, Matt and Steve all embody class, integrity and operate with the highest commitment to going above and beyond to make sure that their customers are educated and happy. I appreciate how down to earth and honest all of you are. Once again, I thank all three of you. This was undoubtedly one of the best customer experiences that I have encountered.

    Duct Cleaning, Furnace and Central Vac.

    Thanks Duct Cleaning Specialist, you did an AMAZING job in my house. I was extremely pleased with your service, punctuality, you went beyond my expectations. At the end, my house smelled great, ducts were cleaned, even helped to checked the Furnace, Central Vac. system...and fixed my front door!!!...I already recommended you to my friends...I am a happy customer.     Duct Cleaning

    I was very happy and satisfied with the duct cleaning service provided. Steve and Matt were very professional in their execution of the work. They certainly went over and above what I was expecting. They even performed a repair to my humidifier. Steve, in particular, went out of his way to clearly explain every step of the process in order to make sure that I understood what was happening.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    From my first call to the Duct Cleaning Specialists I was impressed! Paul and Steve came to my home within the time frame specified and treated my house with the utmost respect. They put down tarps, removed their boots and went to work. I have had duct cleaning done before but never as thorough as this. As if this wasn't enough the company offers a free furnace cleaning with a $25 donation to the North York Harvest Food Bank. This company is very professional and does outstanding work! We treat each and every home wit the utmost respect, so with it being a little wet and snowy out, putting the tarps down to cover the flooring only makes sense. We try and do a thorough and proper job, as you see before, no panels in the main ductwork were created, so how did any debris get removed? The furnace itself that you have serviced by... hopefully they can credit you something due to the fact that you've been paying for a furnace cleaning, and it looked as though it had never been touched in 20+ years. Glad we were able to get that cleaned out and showed you first hand, so when the guys do come to do the cleaning, at least you can say "hey, you should be doing this and that etc." We try and give back and raise funds for various charities, and have been doing that for the past several years, so helping out where we can is important, so thanks for helping with that donation, it is appreciated.     duct cleaning post reno

    Very professional accommodating and thorough. The renovation had been very messy and dust had been raining down daily in my newly renovated home. After the duct guys had done their work it was as though the reno never happened. Courtesy follow up was much appreciated too; couldn't ask for a better service and would highly recommend.

    Duct cleaning

    Steve showed up right on time and was professional and very courteous. He showed me the dust that had accumulated inside the ductwork and I was only sorry I had waited so long to get the ducts cleaned. He was here for 3 hours, but never in my way. I would highly recommend this company. I chose them because of their great ratings but also because they're certified by the National Air Duct Association.

    duct cleaning

    Duct Cleaning Specialists provides outstanding service! From my first phone call to Paul in the office to the crew who came to my house to do the work, everyone was friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. Paul was most accomodating to a convenient time for my busy schedule and explained clearly what the job would entail. The crew, Matt and Mark, showed up exactly on time. They were courteous and helpful - a pleasure to have in the house. They took care of everything at my home, moving objects as needed and putting everything back clean and tidy. They also gave me very helpful information about the state and functioning of my heating system. And the price was very reasonable. Duct Cleaning Specialists should be everyone's first choice!

    Duct cleaning, replacing humidifier filter

    After reading the reviews on Homestars I decided to call the top 3 duct cleaning companies for a quote. I was only able to get in contact with the Duct Cleaning Specialists - so I ended up booking them to clean our ducts. My husband and I were very pleased with their work, level of professionalism, cleanliness and honesty. Paul inspected our ducts and said that our job would actually cost half of what we initially thought, which was great as we were getting this done right before Christmas! I can see why these guys get so many 10+ ratings on Homestars and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    I found this company online and was very surprised by the number of reviews and that all of them were 10s. Now I can say that they deserve this. They are high-level professionals, work quickly and accurately. I got answers to all my questions, including some not directly related to duct cleaning that I dared to ask. I used a form on company's website to place an order, there was no need to call. The cost was exactly as it was advertised on their website, no additional costs, no soliciting. Will definitely recommend to others.
