    Basic duct and dryer vent clean

    The service was punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. Steve went about his business and left me to do my work, but also responded knowledgably to my questions. I love the thyme disinfectant, and Steve was not only good at what he does but also really interesting and intelligent, so the non-duct-related conversation was good, too.

    Duct Cleaning

    You don't find people like this anymore! First off, they got here 10 minutes early and were not upset at all that I was not home. They waited patiently and cheerfully greeted me when I arrived. They quickly got to work and were very considerate of my newborn, asking how they can ensure they didn't disturb her. Then, not only did these guys NOT try to upsell me, but upon a visual inspection, they told me that I needed a lot less than what I thought I did. You can't get more honest than that!!! The 2 gentlemen were thorough and went above and beyond numerous times. On top of doing a wonderful job cleaning the ducts, they patched some areas where they thought air was leaking and looked into why my humidifer wasn't working properly. I'm so impressed!! I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

    Duct Cleaning

    I am a fairly new homeowner, and I have a lot to learn about how things work in the home. I emailed The Duct Cleaning Specialists and received a response within the hour. I booked a duct cleaning for my home, confirmed the price and was excited to make my home a better place. Paul came to my home at my convenience, and started right away to determine what services were needed. Paul was very helpful in showing me what he was doing, and giving me numerous tips on what I could even do on my own time to improve the air quality of my home. I was very happy with Paul, his professionalism, and that he was so honest and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending The Duct Cleaning Specialists to all my family and friends. On top of all that, this was on Thanksgiving Monday, a day that I would not expect anyone to be able to come out to work. Thank you for your time and effort. Peter

    Duct cleaning

    After a small scale reno at the main floor and being only 1 year in the home I was wondering what's the condition of my furnace duct. I called Paul from Duct Cleaning Specialists and setup an appointment. He agree to have an inspection done first and decide after. Very pleasant guy, polite, clear and professional . It turned out no duct cleaning was necessary in my case, just vents vacuum cleaning and the change of the humidifier pad. No intention to overcharge, or try a unnecessary upsell. Straight, clean professional - really surprised after I hear some horror stories around. Definitely I'll recommend Paul for honesty and professionalism.

    Duct cleaning

    Job well done gentlemen. Friendly and very helpful. They found ducts and fresh air vents that I missed. They were able to clean the ducts from two furnaces in great time. I will recommend this company to others. Thanks Paul to you and your charismatic staff.

    Duct cleaning

    My wife and I just moved in to our first house back in 2011 and immediately did some renovations. With all the dust and debris from the reno and not knowing when the previous owner had the ducts cleaned we decided to email Paul to schedule an appointment. After some back and forth emails we had decided on a whole system cleaning of the ducts. A few weeks later Paul arrived on time to start the job. He first did an inspection of the ducts and to our surprise he said we didn't need to clean them and to call back in a coupe of years. He did though spray a disinfectant in the ducts to remove any mould or fungi and only charged us $25. He also took away the humidifier filter to replace since it was a unique one and didn't have one on hand at the moment. He came back a week later with a new filter and charged only $25. We would definitely recommend Paul to family and friends.

    duct cleaning

    Thanks to Steve and Matt for a job well done. The job for a 3-storey home was done within 2 hours. They were polite, hard-working and answered all our duct-related questions, and then some. I will definitely be recommending these guys to our friends. See you again soon.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    When I first spoke to Paul I was disappointed to hear they were booking appointments two weeks out, but he found a spot for my job within 3 days! I was very relieved when Matt and Ryan showed up on time three days later. For two young guys, they were very professional when they told me their compressor had broken down on the last job but they wanted to come to my job to talk to me in person and take a look at the furnace anyway for when they came back. My house is under DIY construction, and myself being the only person there, they were so kind as to even offer to help me move some heavy stuff!! They said that Paul would be in touch, and two hours later he called with a new time that would suit my schedule and Steve showed up promptly the very next morning. He did a great job, showing me the ducts once they had been vacuumed out and also vacuumed out some of the construction mess that had lingered in the furnace room (reminding me that wood shavings aren't the safest thing with which to surround your furnace...) After such great service, Paul and Steve even gave me a discount on my service! I would recommend these guys to anyone... And I think I met everyone in the company! They are a family run business and customer service was clearly as important as duct service!

    Furnace Servicing

    We had Paul come to our house two years ago when we first moved in to clean our ducts and service our furnace. The service that he provided at that time was exceptional. He even fixed our gas dryer which had not been connected properly by the previous owners (we had never seen a gas dryer before and were confused as to why our clothes came out smelling like natural gas). He came by today to service our furnace and we were really happy with his customer service once again. He was honest enough to tell us that we won't need our ducts cleaned for another few years, called the day before our appointment to remind us he was coming, and - AMAZINGLY - called the day of to tell us he was running 15 minutes late. He was fast, efficient, courteous, clean and very honest with his pricing. He is honestly a pleasure to do business with. We will continue to use his team for as long as the company is in business.

    Duct cleaning and furnace maintance

    Outstanding, the best service I have ever received! Paul and his team are reliable, courteous, and efficient. I will never call anyone else. They cleaned my ducts and did a wonderful job. They were very punctual and efficient. They left every thing clean and tidy. About a month after they cleaned my ducts, I noticed some water coming out of my furnace, completely unrelated to the duct cleaning. I didn't know who to call, so I called Paul and they came to my house the same day and serviced my furnace! I have never received such GREAT service. So, this week when I heard some scratching in the main duct from my furnace I called Paul. It was 9pm and they where at my house within an hour and saved me from the mouse in my duct! They saved the mouse also and set him free. I will recommend Paul and his team to everyone I know! It is hard to find great service so when you do it should be recognized. THANK YOU PAUL AND TEAM!!!
