    Full System Clean

    After reading the great reviews here, I contacted Paul to schedule a full system clean following our basement renovation. Due to an unfortunate oversight in booking my appointment, they missed the scheduled 2-4pm arrival time. However, Paul was very sincere in his apology when I called to follow-up just before 4pm and successfully rectified the mistake so that they were able to come later that evening. Steve and Matt arrived around 6:30pm and did a terrific job! They fully cleaned every vent plus the airconditioner and furnace with great attention to detail. In addition, they were (1) friendly; (2) thoroughly answered all of my many questions about what they were doing; and (3) offered good advice for maintaining the system till the next cleaning. I must admit that going into this I was a little skeptical about duct cleaning services in general having heard the horror stories, but I witnessed the work that they did first-hand and I'm very happy with the results. I can now see why so many people have rated them highly and I too would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Duct cleaning on newly renovated home

    I am very satisfied with Paul & his team. They are very professional and honest. They took the time to show me that the ducts were clean enough not to require duct cleaning at this time, even though we went through an extensive renovation (including digging up cement tiles). He saved me unnecessary spending. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends & families who need duct cleaning in their home.

    Whole House Duct Cleaning and Dryer

    We had Paul out from the Duct Cleaning Specialist and we were very satisfied with the service. We used a deal voucher but we also had our dryer done. The work was done efficiently and in a professional manner. He replaced the dryer hose reccomended us to get a new flap for the venting cleaned the dryer out and we are very happy. Paul also told us the truth that our vents were not that bad and showed us the view of the vents in our bedroom. He even gave us some vouchers for friends and family. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his company.

    Duct Cleaning

    I recently purchased a groupon for the duct cleaning service from The Duct Cleaning Specialists based on their reviews from Homestars. We were completely satisfied with the service and honesty of the workman that came to our home. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family again.

    Duct Cleaning

    They were on time. Did a very thorough and professional job. And left no mess. What more can you ask for? There are lots of other duct cleaners out there. But you need not look any further.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just had a visit this morning from Paul and I could not be happier. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Having just moved into our house in August we had noticed the vents looking a bit dirty, but it wasn't until Paul showed me what the ducts looked like that I realised how gratefuL I was that we had him and his team in. Despite a sticker indicating the previous owners had had someone in to clean the ducts several years ago, the build up indicated the cleaners were definitely inferior and the build up looked like it had been collecting for 20 years!! What was great was that Paul allowed me to see a "before and after" look at the ducts, and it was amazing what he did. I will recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to my neighbours and friends without hesitation and am grateful for the wonderful work they did today! Thanks again Paul.

    Duct Cleaning - Newly Built Home

    Paul and team came service to my newly built home. The crew was very professional, punctual and courteous. Very informative process and they happily took the time to explain what was being done (even showing the equipment being used). Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to others.

    Duct Cleaning

    We have been in our house for 5 yrs and in January had some renovations done inside to prepare for the arrival of our 2nd child. I called the Duct Cleaning Specialists based on their reviews and qualifications - I was not disappointed! In fact, Paul was straightforward with the process and price and even referred me to their website - I liked that there was no games or haggling required. On the day itself, Steve and team arrived on time and they were very conscienous to the fact that my newborn 3wk old baby was in the house. The job was done in less than 2 hours. Steve found a huge piece of concrete in our ducts :S and one return at the front of the house was beyond filthy. He took great care of us and also was able to replace our humidifier filter which had not been changed in years. I was very happy with the service provided. 3 weeks later we had an issue with our heat not coming on. I called Paul and he went well beyond the call of duty and came by to check things out the same day -in fact on a Sunday! Even though this was an unrelated issue to the duct cleaning he managed to get the heat working. That is great customer service. Really you can't go wrong with these guys! Thanks again!

    Duct Cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists were very friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning our ducts, dryer and bathroom exhausts. I was very happy that they use a 100% natural non toxic spray. I would definitley recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Thanks!

    Complete duct cleaning

    Steve and his company are as good as all the reviews say: Incredibly pleasant, really professional arriving on time and on budget, and impeccably clean - the finished job is superb and my ducts are not only visibly clean but audibly cleaner. Even more than that, Steve represents something that is exceptional in everyday life and service: kindness - not just nice, but the active expression of nice: he's kind. His approach and manner speak for themselves. While he was doing the duct cleaning at my house, three other people approached him, impressed by his manner, to provide them with duct cleaning as well. I highly recommend him and his company.;
