I recently did major renovations which included demolishing and installing walls , floors , cabinets etc so I figured I would definitely require duct cleaning. Steve came out and before he even started, he said that renos doesn't necessarily require duct cleaning. He put his camera into the ducts and sure enough everything was clean. He said all that was required was vacuuming the ducts right where the registries were which he did for me. I also needed a new filter in my central humidifier as it was disgustlingly old and crusty (I just bought the house!) . Steve told me I could purchase the same one at Home Depot as it was the same as what he had but I didn't want to make a trip especially since his price was very good. The house also came with a Hepa filter and an electrionic air purifier, all of which I had no idea what they were uintil Steve explained to me what each box did. Overall, I am very satisfied with Steve and The Duct Cleaning Specialist because he was extremely honest. It's like finding an honest mechanic.....piece of mind is worth every penny.
