    Duct and furnace cleaning

    After reading other reviews on Homestars, I called Paul to get the ducts and furnace cleaned for a home I recently purchased. I wanted a weekend appointment and he was available the next weekend. He was very thorough and definitely takes alot of pride in his work, and also took the time to show me what he was doing. He also took the time to look at the filter in the humidifier, and good thing because it looked like it had not been changed in years! I will definitely use him again.

    duct cleaning

    Steve arrived promptly and spent more time at our house than expected, but the moderate price remained the same. He did an extremely thorough professional job and offered useful suggestions about how to maintain the ducts in good condition We recommend this company whole heartedly.

    duct cleaning, bathroom exhaust fans

    We contacted this company after reading the reviews on HomeStars. There are so many duct cleaning companies but we didn't know which company would be trust worthy to do a good job. My husband and I are picky people who don't get easily impressed. However, I decided to write this review because we had such a postive experience with this company. I can honestly say that The Duct Cleaning Specialists met all our expectations and then some. Paul and Steve showed up just before 9:00am. They were professional and friendly. They explained what needed to be done and got to work. I could tell that they took great pride in their work and paid attention to details to make sure everything was done correctly. Because we had just completed a major renovation, there was a lot of dust accumulated in the ducts. Then, Steve noticed that out bathroom exahaust fans are very dirty and dusty. He suggested cleaning them. The cleaning fee was more than reasonable and now the fans are spic and span clean and works really well. After the job was done, they cleaned after themselves. I feel good knowing that the accumulated revovation dust and debris are gone. Thanks Paul and Steve. You did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and relatives without any hesitation.

    Duct Cleaning

    After moving into a 25 year old home we felt it necessary to have our ducts cleaned. Although we had seen many sales and discounts advertised, we choose The Duct Cleaning Specialists after reading the Homestars reviews and visiting their website. We wanted to have the job done right. We quickly learned that our ducts had NEVER been cleaned. We couldn't believe the before and after photos, which have probably be posted on the website. We would highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists and will ourselves be repeat customers.

    Duct Cleaning

    They arrrived early and were polite. They took time to show me their work and what they had found. Could do a little better on clean up, there were some small metal bits on the floor from the cutouts they made. I would recommend them.

    Duct cleaning

    They came and told us that the ductwork was placed such that they couldn't get at all of the ducts and so they charged us less for cleaning the ducts they could get to. Another cleaning company wanted us to punch a hole in the drywall and the ducts underneath, but these guys were willing to make do with what we had, and took extra time to get at the vents via the registers. Highly recommended!

    Hey Werner, thanks for taking time to write a review. In some cases, it is needed to cut into the drywall to access the ductwork in order to get all of the debris out. In your case, there was enough access in the furnace room to hook-up the vacuum to do so. A small portion of the supply ducts we were unable to access, we just accessed from the vents itself. With just having your basement professionally renovated, it wouldn't have made that much of a difference to cut into the drywall for that portion. The main focus was that put on the return air ductwork, and that was able to be completely cleaned. Glad that you were happy with our work, and congrats on the place again.     Duct cleaning

    After various renovations on our house, we have had Paul over to clean the ducts multiple times. Most recently we called him again to clean our ducts after gutting our basement caused concrete dust to settle throughout the house. He inspected the ducts and furnace, and found that he only needed to do a vacuum of the returns and the furnace. He didn't charge us for his time - which is amazing, considering that he could have charged us for his service call. Highly recommended.

    Hey Jen, it was good seeing you and Ben again. After my inspection, it was infact determined that at this point we would only need to clean the return ductwork and furnace. We will again take a look at the ductwork once all renovations have been completed and maybe doing a whole system cleaning at that point, but to do one now and after, theres no point to spend all that money.     Duct Cleaning

    I contacted the Duct Cleaning Specialists after reading their many reviews on HomeStars. Steve was absolutely amazing. He spent over 4 hours and went above and beyond by doing other things to improve the air quality i.e. sealing off the air holes coming from the furnance. Having used many duct cleaning companies in the past, they all pale in comparison to this company. I highly recommend them and will use them again the next time my ducts need cleaning. Peace of mind - priceless.

    ducts cleaning

    A company you can depend on to do a great job. Service Techs Steve and Mas were fabulous! Arrived on time, respected my home and went over and above cleaning my ducts, central vac and dryer vent.

    duct cleaning, furnace and humidifier service

    Paul was very professional in the work he did on our house. Not only did he clean the ducts, but also serviced the furnace and humidifier, and also replaced the humidifier pad.........his work was stellar and I will definitely refer him to my friends. Thanks Paul. Sandi M
