    complete duct cleaning

    Very implressed with the quality and professionalism of the work done. Steve arrived and did a very good job cleaning my ducts and improving the quality of air I breath in my house

    Duct Cleaning

    When we had our new home inspected, duct cleaning was recommended as there was pet hair and dust in all of the vents. I decided to call The Duct Cleaning Specialists, and I am glad I did. Paul answered my initial call promptly, answered my questions, and arranged the appointment. He arrived on time and spent just over three hours cleaning the vents, ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. He walked me through the entire job, explained what he would do, and he gave me tips on how to maintain the furnace. He used tarps to avoid any mess, and he was very careful to clean up after himself once the job was done. When he wrote me the invoice, he discounted the furnace and dryer cleaning! Paul is a qualified professional and takes his work very seriously. If you need your ducts cleaned, this is the company to call.

    Duct cleaning, bathroom exhaust fans cleaning

    Excellent service from both Paul and Steve. Clean, friendly, and professional, and did an amazing job! We would not hesitate to recommend them, and are so glad we called them. We will definitely be using them for all duct/furnace and other environmental cleaning needs we will have.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    Great service! The person who cleaned my ducts and furnace was very professional and extremely respectful. He didn't try to sell me anything extra but was very helpful when answering all my questions. No horror stories with this duct cleaning service. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

    Duct Cleaning of Whole house after Renovation

    We have just completed a major home renovation and after dealing with so many difficult people, Paul was such a breath of fresh air!! He was organized, friendly, efficient, everything you could ask for! Best of all my ducts are spotless! I am so glad we found Paul, we will never use anyone else!

    condo duct, dryer vent, and bathroom vent cleaning

    After reading all the great Homestars reviews (and seeing how Paul personally responded to each review), I gave this company a try, and my experience was awesome. Paul was quick to return my call and very easy to talk to on the phone, asking me thoughtful questions and even probing to make sure I needed their services (rather than trying to hard-sell me), which put me at ease and convinced me to hire them. I'm so glad I did. Paul and Steve were efficient, easygoing, and interested in doing a thorough job. Little did I know that my condo would end up being more work for them than any of us had expected... (in hindsight, thank goodness they quoted me a flat rate!) but despite the extra work they did an excellent job... I was also impressed that they took efforts to leave things cleaner than they were when they got there (even vaccuuming things that they hadn't made dirty, woohoo!!), and most importantly, taking the time to point out, explain and correct shoddy workmanship left by previous contractors. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends/family. Thank you to all the great Homestars reviewers for helping me find someone trustworthy!

Sometimes we run into jobs that are more complex, but none the less, a good challenge is good every now and then. Getting the job done properly takes time, and glad you were happy with the service.     Duct Cleaning

    I just bought a century house that was owned by cat lovers. Given my allergies, I wanted to get our ducts cleaned. Paul and his crew were quick to mobilize within short notice. Once onsite, I was blown away by their thoroughness and attention to detail. They took their time, and went above and beyond. I was amazed by the amount of crap sucked out of the vents! The day after, I noticed a thin layer of dust throughout the main floor, likely from the vacuum. I contacted Paul, and he quickly resolved the issue by offering a cleaning service. That to me demonstrated ownership and genuine customer care.

As far as the mess goes, we really do try to clean up and have HEPA filters on the vacuum, so really not sure what went wrong there, but non the less, having a professional cleaning company hired by you to clean up our mess only made sense.     Duct cleaning

    Thanks Homestar reviewers for recommending Paul and the Duct Cleaning Specialists for our new home. Paul gave punctual, efficient, honest, and friendly service and advice. He took the time to explain in layman's terms how our furnace works, how to take care of the filters for the furnace and humidifier, and showed us all the debris left from construction. Highly recommended.

    Duct and dryer vent cleaning

    I found this company through Homestars. After giving them a call Paul responded and was able to book my appointment for the next week. Steve arrived right on time and informed me of the services and qualifications. His friendly, easy going nature was also welcome. He did a very thorough job - it really made me think how second rate the previous duct company we used was. I also quite appreciated the sanitization afterwards...thanks! Thanks very much also for the extra care cleaning up and the advice on things like vent felt to prevent large debris from entering the ducts. I will definitely call them up again and recommend them to our neighbours and friends.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    I highly recommend Paul and Steve for their duct and furnace cleaning service. Both Paul and Steve are personable and professional. Paul was prompt in returning my phone call to book an appointment, and the appointment was made for the next day. Steve arrived on time, was courteous, and efficient. Steve made sure I know what the cleaning process was. He showed me how much dust/debris had collected in our furnace and also showed me the state our ducts were in and gave tips on how to keep them cleaner in the future. I will definitely be using their services in the future!
