    Duct cleaning

    Polite, efficient, friendly staff. Worked quietly and did the most thorough job I've ever had done. Realized that the companies I had hired before to do the same job before, although cheaper, weren't nearly as thorough. There was "stuff" in the ducts that had been there since the house was built - 1957 - and should have been removed in previous cleanings. Well worth the extra.

    Duct Cleaning

    Had my ducts cleaned today by Mark. He is incredibly professional and thorough. He not only did the cleaning, but he also advised me on a few things I was not aware of with the furnace. He was also extremely helpful and took the time to make sure that the job he did was done right. Extremely satisfied with the service he provided and highly recommend this company for any duct cleaning.

    Friendly, professional and honest

    I was a little wary that all the booking for this service was online and I couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone. But Paul came highly recommended and he was available within 2 days of me booking the appointment online. The online booking was easy and deposit payment was simple too. Paul texted me to let me know when he was coming, was super friendly and accommodating. He was honest and told me that my furnace blower didn't need cleaning so didn't bother charging me. He showed me photos of our ducts before and after which was fun. I'd book him again

    Well done!

    We were very impressed by Paul and Johnny. Both were very professional and extremely thorough. It was easy to hire the duct specialists and scheduling was a snap. I'd definitely recommend them!

    Duct cleaning

    From beginning to end, this was a great experience. Online booking was easy, good e-reminders re apt time, I received a text indicating they were running a bit late the morning of service. They did an excellent job of explaining the work, cleaned out a long overdue duct system and showed me photos of before and after. They even vacuumed out my cental vac filter - entirely not part of the work order but just thoughtful service. I'd absolutely recommend this co and hire them again.

    Whole house duct cleaning with dryer vent, furnace blower and AC coil cleaning

    We have a brand new furnace but due to a major renovation during the winter months - both ducts and furnace got badly clogged up. Booking was a breeze through their website, and shortly after I got a confirmation for my preferred date. They came on time, took great care, explained the whole process and spent as much as it was required to get the job done. I have cleaned ducts in the past using other companies but these guys were the best. They found out that my dryer vent had all the required duct pipes but did not have any exhaust out of our house. As a result - the whole vent was full of lint. They meticulously cleaned it all, checked outside in frigid cold temperate and suggested some alternatives. I personally would have loved to get some before and after pictures. Next time I call them - I will ask them beforehand to get the pictures

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced

    Treated very poorly by the owner (please see images below for correspondence). I booked this service and was told they would arrive at 9:00 am, they showed up at 11:30 without giving us notice or warning and did not give us details about the appointment such as: how long it would take, what we would need to do in advance etc. The owner proceeded to treat me rudely over text and refused to accommodate their mistake, ultimately, declining my business. Don’t care how long they’ve been in business for, this is not how you treat customers.

It's funny how you don't explain everything how it actually happened, but all I can say is I am glad that I cancelled doing business with you, and it's obvious why the previous company did as well. Both you and your boyfriend are ignorant people, that think companies have to kiss butt or the threat of an online negative review will happen. I'm not worried about this review because we did absolutely nothing wrong. Your appointment was booked online (in which you clicked that you read and reviewed all service and pricing details) You didn't want to abide by our policy and pay our deposit, but your no different that anyone else that has to. When we spoke, it was mentioned to you, and you were shown pictures of our truck, for the access we need on your street (she has no driveway) to park our vehicle. All was in order and we were ready for the appointment and service. Come time for the date, we sent you a notification that we were on the way. The appointment (like everyone else) was set for 9-11 ETA (which is an estimated time of arrival) We know we can't give exact arrival times because there is traffic, weather, accidents, delays, coffee stops (ok maybe not all the time) but we know we can't be exact. It's also on the work order as well. None the less, you were informed. We actually arrived just before 11:00am, not 11:30. There was no parking reserved for us, so whether we arrived at 9, 10 or 11, the cars were still there and nothing reserved for us, but I guess as you say in your review, that was our fault too. So I guess by being late, us not reserving parking for us to do the job, was reasons for your boyfriend to say he has to leave anyways and we can reschedule the appointment and shut the door in Mariela's face, was acceptable behaviour? When I messaged you to let you know that if you can get the cars moved somehow, we would gladly come back (POST the conversation it will show) and I did not say it was your fault, nor did I say it was ours, because I don't see how the heck it is anyways? But I told you we could gladly come back and would love to get the work done. Your boyfriend had to leave by 12 anyways, and if that was mentioned, because jobs take time to do, we don't like being rushed, I would not have booked you for this day anyways. Regardless, you wanted us to come back at 7:30pm, and unfortunately that's not something we do, and don't like making noise late at night anyways. They would have been working until 10pm at night, so thats not happening. We do have a schedule booked, so unfortunately the job would have been pushed to next week. Most people probably would have understood, yes thats fine, because you didn't make sufficient parking for us, so what are we suppose to do? I'm not going to cancel someone else job, to fit you in. That's not fair. Sometimes these issues happen. So unfortunately you did not want to have us back, and I was not sending out a crew to work at night, that's when things got rude and your comments were unacceptable just because I did not want to cater to you, or provide you any discounts, because you felt as though this was our fault. I cancelled your job and refunded your deposit. That' I guess rubbed you the wrong way because as you said (customers are always right) well I don't believe that. I guess you think the world revolves around you and that we should do what you say. Unfortunately with everything that happened and the attitude in which you have, I stand behind my decision to cancel the job. I don't think there was anything wrong with what I said, especially with your and your boyfriends comments. I am glad you found another company to get everything done right away, which is amazing. All in all, there will always be that one customer, but from our reviews and reputation, people who know me, know we love our job, love our customers, treat them with the utmost respect, do tons and tons of charity and community work, so although this is a negative review, people should read between the lines and see what type of customer this was and why we did what we did. If you have any questions or concerns, or hesitant to use our service because of this, just give me a call. One rotten apple shouldn't spoil the bunch. Paul 437-225-7335

    Duct Cleaning

    Great friendly and professional service, with very good communication on timing of the job, the work to be performed and the cost. I highly recommend Paul and his team .

    Cleaning Dryer Vent and Heating Ducts

    I recently had the Duct Cleaning Specialists clean my heating ducts and dryer vent. This was the second time I used them since they had initially cleaned everything back in 2014. The big shock to me was what they found in the dryer vet. A bid had nested in the vent and it was blocked. It took Paul about a hour, but he cleaned out the vent. The photo below gives you a very good idea of how was pulled out of the dryer vent due to the nest. I can only guess how lucky we were not to have a fire in the dryer vents. Thanks

    Post renovation duct cleaning

    Personable couple of guys showed up and cleaned the ducts. Fairly straight forward service and seem to have done a thorough job. They caught a forgotten about duct after the renos had been completed which has helped utilize the furnace heat much better - a good thing they noticed!
