    duct cleaning

    we bought our 1970's resale home just a few months ago and knew we needed the ducts cleaned. Homestars identified this company for our area and rated well and so I called. The price was great and when he came to complete the work I was very pleased with the work completed. In addition we have a non functioning air purifier for which the filter size is an odd shape, Paul offered and followed through on having custum made filters made for us. He delivered them two weeks later. I believe Paul did a great job and was polite, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

    Duct Cleaning

    I called Paul to come in and clean our ducts. We have a home that was built in 1902 and I swear the ducts had never been cleaned. To make matters worse, we had just completed a major renovation. Despite a small mix up with the scheduling everything went extremely well. I was very impressed with how courteous Paul was and the way he handled the scheduling mix-up. It was right out of a customer experience textbook but clearly comes very naturally to Paul. Paul took the time to answer all of my questions and providde advice on my furnace and A/C unit. He also donated a portion of my bill to charity and gave my wife and I Blue Jay tickets! What a wonderful idea. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for duct cleaning. I feel confident that the job was done right and will most definitely have Paul back again the next time we need our ducts or furnace cleaned.

    Duct Cleaning

    We purchased a 30 year old home, which has never had the ducts cleaned. Once we moved in, we did allot of renovations which added to the already very dirty ducts. Paul did a fantastic job in cleaning our entire duct lines. Paul was very professional, honest, courteous and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. Thanks Paul. I will definitely be calling you again for our next cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning + Bathroom Vents Cleaning

    Me and my wife just recently purchased a home in the Richmond Hill area. After a couple of days of cleaning we discovered that their was an unusual amount of hair in the hair and on the ground. So we decided to get the ducts clean hoping this would solve the pet hair problem. I gave Paul a call on Tuesday asking if he could come do some work at my place on a Saturday! He said sure no problem he'll be there at 10 am! Saturday comes around and Paul arrive at like 8:30! A whole hour and a half earlier then what was scheduled! Paul walked me through what he was going to do and about how long it should take. Paul did a great job and was very careful about not damaging my property! He laid down a tarp so his boots wouldn't scratch the floors and when he went upstairs he took off his boot and duct taped his pants up hahaha! While he was finishing up in my basement my hot water tank decides to go ape wild and start leaking water! Paul called me down and me and him tired to get the water to stop to no avail! But the help from Paul was much appreciated anyways! My wife told me to tip Paul because he had been working from 8:30-2:00 without a lunch break. I came out to his van to thank him for the wonderful work I handed him a 20 dollar bill but he said he wouldn't take it! He did say that if I wanted to I could donate to the March of Dimes Charity he was working for all month, I said I would be more then happy to donate to his charity and handed him the money for it. Paul is a stand up guy and will be servicing all my properties from now on. Thank you and see you in a year Paul!

    Duct cleaning

    Paul Hannah was most helpful in answering my questions on the telephone prior to setting up an appointment with him. He arrived promptly at the designated time.....was very personable, took care to leave no mess or dirt behind him. We are confident that we chose the best professional for the job...and, would definitely recommend him to friends and family! The Harmans

    duct cleaning

    Paul was very pleasant and professional. Gave a lot of helpful info, reviewed the process with me. Upfront about costs and what I needed done. Cleaned up afterwards and was very knowledgeable. Will recommend and use his services again in the future. Great job Paul!

    Duct Cleaning in new house

    My husband and I bought an old home in June 2010 - previously occupied by smokers. We had a baby in August 2010 and after being cooped up all winter, I began to feel as though there was something in the air of the house and started to develop a cough. With the small baby I was concerned so started looking up duct cleaning - presuming it had never been done before (100 year old home...) I saw Pauls great reviews on homestars so called him to see when he would be available. He gave me his soonest booking which was about a week later. I called him to ask some questions a few days later and he readily answered all my questions and concerns! Paul arrived right on time at 9AM, he mentioned it would take 3 or 4 hours. I had my husband work at home and took off with the baby. Paul had drop-cloths throughout the house wherever he was working and took his shoes off every time he came in! He taped everything up walked my husband through the whole process and 4 hours later I walked in to a breath of fresh air!! He mentioned to my husband that it looked like the ducts had maybe been cleaned before, but not properly, so in his mind, it had never really been done...SO GROSS!! My husband said the ducts looked like they were lined with fuzzy carpet wen Paul had him look. The natural disinfectant he used was circulating throughout the ducts (still drying) and it smelled like a combination of Christmas, cinnamon hearts and beachy sunscreen! It was amazing. The ducts dried out and the scent was gone in a couple of hours. Paul called later in the day to make sure I was happy with everything. I wish we had done the cleaning as soon as we moved in and will be sure to check the next home we purchase immediately!! I would recommend Paul in a heartbeat - he was really great!     Vent Cleaning

    Efficient, dependable, trustworthy and thoughtful - all words I would use to describe my experience with Paul and the Duct Cleaning Specialists. Paul was on time, the booking process was easy and friendly. He walked me through what he would do, and then took the time to show me how to maintain our system - providing some great tips. Having just gone through renovations I knew our ducts were bad, but Paul did a great job of getting into every little space. He was so thoughtful that even our cat (who hates everyone) was taken by him. A real star.

    Duct Cleaner

    Paul was fantastic. He spent the time to explain how he was going to clean the ducts. Paul also helped explain some best practices on how ducts are properly cleaned, it was really helpful. I would definitely recommed Paul!

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Hi Had my dryer vent cleaned for the first time ever and boy am I glad I did! So much lint trapped inside even though I always clean the lint filter. Paul was punctual, professional and pleasant! I highly recommend him. (He has a very impressive tool caddy!)

Glad that you like my tools :) Notice that you use homestars quite often with the other review you've written, so appreciate that you chose me for your cleaning needs. I must say, the amount of lint that was in your system was pretty impressive. It is good that you clean the lint filter out, but getting the entire dryer and exhaust ductwork cleaned is just as important. This should be done at least once a year, so I will give you a shout again next year and we can do it again. I appreciate your business. Have a good 2011. Paul
