Hi John, can't say that I'm shocked to hear that you've never experienced a company like mine before. 90% of these other companies are not properly licensed or certified and just try and beat through each job quickly. What boggles my mind is how they keep getting reviews from homeowners gloating about there "great service". Still trying to figure out how an entire home and system can be cleaned in an hour and a half. Some of these companies are a joke, but that's besides the point. I do appreciate that you chose me as your contractor, and look forward to being of service again in a few years. For the time being, lets keep up to date with all filter maintenance and an annual furnace cleaning. Thanks again for taking time to write a review, it is greatly appreciated. All the best.

Hi Janice, thanks for taking the time to write a review of my service. Glad that I was able to thoroughly clean the air ducts, furnace, replace the humidifier filter and wash the electronic air cleaner cells. It was amazing how much lint was in the dryer exhaust, and glad I was able to get that all cleaned out as it is a potential fire hazard. Also, thanks for the kind words, it is really appreciated.
