Hi Tracy, I appreciate you taking time to write a review of my service. It just so happend that I was infront of my computer the time you emailed me. I wish I could respond to every one that quick LOL. I am glad that I was able to get the job done properly, and with your home never having being cleaned before, I knew it was going to be a workload. Glad that everything was cleaned out, filters and humidifier pad replaced and furnaced cleaned. You are now good to go for a few years. We will keep up to date on the filter maintenance, as we want to keep the system running as efficient as possible. Thanks again for choosing me for the work, and glad you were more than satisfied. Hi Cathy, thanks for doing a review for me. I am glad that I was able to get the dryer exhaust cleaned as thorough as possible. As you seen, the amount of lint that has built up inside was enough to clog the exhaust drastically reducing the efficiency of your dryer. This is one of the reasons dryer fires start, luckily that wasn't the case with yours. However, people noticing that it is starting to take longer to dry clothes etc. should consider having the exhaust cleaned out.
