    Duct Cleaning

    I chose Paul because of all the amazing reviews. Fortunately for me the reviews were 100% accurate. Paul came on time and got right to work. He did a thorough clean of my ducts and was very professional throughout the procedure. I will be getting Paul to clean my Ducts in the years to come. I have already recommended him to my friends and family who are looking for duct cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    Finally met Paul for a duct cleaning service appointment (Nov 12th), and it's obvious why he is so in demand. He is truly a first-rate guy and showed up on time and before commencing any work, he took the time to walk through and ask questions for a thorough assessment. Paul helped to identify source of potential cold spots but also inspected the furnace and humidifier. After reviewing our duct panels, to his credit, he suggested that our ducts did not really need a full cleaning at this time even if it was last cleaned 5 years ago (I'm sure many other companies would probably go ahead with the contracted cleaning even if not required). The only thing required this time would be some filter replacements. After spending at least an hour with me (not to mention his travel time), in trouble shooting my system and generally providing me a lesson in HVAC 101, he declined to accept any payment for his time and services (assessment). I was thoroughly impressed with his integrity and consideration, I've already recommended him to a co-worker. Anyways, if you are still sitting on the fence on which duct cleaning company to go with, I would highly recommend that you consider Paul at the top of your list! I have ordered my replacement filters with Paul and will definitely book him for my duct cleaning service in the future. Cheers, Winston (Markham)

There are some homes I've been to that there really is no need for the ducts to be cleaned, which won't have any effect on the HVAC system as far as efficiency goes. However, as you mentioned, filters definatly need to be looked at, and in most cases, they are to be replaced, not cleaned. I appreciate your referrals, and also have ordered your filters, so you should receive them in about a week or so.     Duct Cleaning

    Wow did our ducts need a cleaning (see pics)! We were very happy with the work! Paul's dedication to do a quality job was quickly seen with the info that was provided and the detail seen in doing the work. A lot of extra time was needed for our older home which had never had its ducts cleaned. The ducts were so dirty and we were shocked to see what we were breathing! The tough to remove, paintedover covers also added extra working time. Speeding through the job was not done and no extra charges were added. We felt confident in Paul’s knowledge and service and would happily recommend him to others! thank you

    Sandra, Nelson, thank you for this review. It was a pleasure to meet you both. I must say it has been a while where I've done a home that was jam packed with dust and guck in the ductwork. Taking the time to properly and carefully remove the painted over vents is IMPORTANT to allow full access to the ductwork, using an air gun to just blow through doesn't do all that much, and don't beleive these other companies that say otherwise. Well, not only did we get the job done properly, but we changed all the filters to keep the system running as efficient as possible.     Duct and furnace cleaning

    We chose Paul because of all of the reviews posted here, his were the most "personal" and spoke highly of his character. Needless to say, all of it is true. A very personable guy, did not hesitate to provide explanations over and beyond the usual. Extremely thorough and threw in some extras for no charge, as he has for some other reviewers.     Duct cleaning and humidifier instalation

    We have hired Duct cleaning specialist to clean our ducts after renovation. Paul and his team did a great job. They also instaled humidifier and took time to properly clean all the ducts. They spend all morning and we were very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for quality and professional duct cleaning. We will contact Paul for sure again when time comes to clean our ducts again!!

    Duct cleaning

    I originally chose Duct Cleaning Specialists on HomeStars based on reviews, and now that Paul cleaned the air ducts in my house, I want to join all who praised him before me. As good service is becoming more and more rare these days (excuse me for being grumpy), I wasn't expecting the excellent quality of work I saw. Paul not only did the main job carefully and professionally but also went beyond the basics; most notably, he eliminated blockage in one of the ducts that had been there since we moved in; nobody before had wanted to look at it unless the drywall was opened. Paul pinpointed the blockage location with a camera and managed to retrieve the debris (it was a damper that fell into the vertical duct and got stuck). Paul did not charge extra for this! He also took the initiative of fixing a number of small side problems, again at no extra charge. Thanks a lot, Paul!

    Duct Cleaning

    Just want to express our gratitude to Paul. We intended to have him clean the ducts at our house. However with a hybrid system (Force Air + High Velocity) installed, Paul could not complete the entire job on his own because he did not have the required equipments. Instead of doing half the job himself and have us hired another company to clean the high velocity ducts, he referred us to another company which can handle both systems. He even promised to find me another company if this referral doesn't workout.

I guess this post just shows my honesty, and sometimes instead of doing half a job just to get some quick cash, as some companies do, I rather you hire another professional company that can accomodate both systems. Did you end up finding a company that did the work? As of late October, i've actually purchased new equipment to allow me to do jobs where normal access is restricted.     Duct Cleaning

    Paul went above and beyond when he came to clean our ducts today. We just recently moved into a 100 year old home, and knew it was time to have our ducts cleaned due to a 'funny smell' and allergies. We found Paul on homestars, and are certainly glad we did. He has fair and competitive prices, and did far more work than clean our ducts. Upon inspection he saw that some of the vents needed fixing as they had not been properly secured, he spent a great deal of time (at no additional cost) repairing them. He also took time to clean up after himself, was careful about the paint when removing vents, and even changed the filter in our humidifier and furnace. He took time to explain the process to me, and show me problem areas. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly (even to our little grumpy dog). I will recommend 'The Duct Cleaning Specialists' to friends, family and neighbors. I look forward to seeing you again in three years. Thanks Paul!

    Air duct cleaning

    I found this company on Homestars, and was impressed by their website. I spoke with Paul on the phone and was further impressed by his professional manner and the obvious care and pride he took in his work. I was quoted a very competitive and fair price and he was able to accommodate a quick booking into his busy schedule. He showed up about a 1/2 hour late, but more than made up for it in the quality and efficiency of his work. He explained what the job entailed, took excellent care to avoid causing damage to our freshly painted walls when removing vents, did a thorough cleaning job, and provided honest and helpful advice. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have their ducts cleaned, and I will definitely use them again. Thank you Paul!!

    Duct & Furnace Cleaning

    Paul was great. Nice guy, and great service! Will definitely recommend Paul to family and friends. Great to experience someone that can be honest, friendly, and do a good job.
