We met Paul by winning one of his free tickets contests. While delivering tickets to our house, we asked him about the duct cleaning. Since we've done it with another company just 4 months ago, we weren't sure if it makes sense to do it again so soon. Paul just checked the furnace room and said that the previous company didn't do a good job and it would be better to do it again. We were a bit skeptical about it but since we had an excessive amount of dust flying around making our house impossible to live in we've decided to give it another try. While doing his job, Paul showed us all the dirt that we had inside the ducts and we were shocked. The amount of dust and dirt that we were able to see was unacceptable!!! We couldn't believe that we were breathing it all. The scariest part that we have a newborn baby who was also breathing all that dirt and it's after it was just "cleaned" by another company.... We are not sure what could happened if we didn't meet Paul... Probably we would end up tearing up the house and changing the duct system. We couldn't be more happier with the Paul's job. He is incredible person, very passionate about his job and customer satisfaction. Paul doesn't cut corners to save couple of dollars or to make a quick buck. He's very reliable, professional and honest person. Paul did an amazing job at our house, he cleaned everything the proper way and we can finally breath. I couldn't emphasize anymore how satisfied we are with the result. The air smells nice and NO MORE DUST! The difference between Paul and the other two companies that we've hired before is huge! It took Paul 3 HOURS to clean up our house. Whereas, the other company charged us some hidden fees, finished everything in 30 minutes and it wasn't even remotely similar to what the Paul was doing. Believe me, after seeing Paul working I can assure you that there is no way that anyone could do a good job in 30 minutes or for ridiculously low price. So, when someone calls and offers you a cheap cleaning service, think about it twice...
I would definitely recommend Paul to all my friends and neighbors. He provides 5 star service for the affordable price! With no doubts, Paul deserves to be on the "Mike Holmes trusted contractors list". The guy is incredible and I wish government had some regulations for the duct cleaning companies, so the good guys, such as Paul, had more business and don't have to fight in such competitive market filled up with crooks who's seeking a quick buck and doesn't care about the people. It's very sad that in todays market Paul and other good companies have to prove everyone that not all duct cleaning companies are the same and some of them are actually cleaning the ducts, not just pretending to do it. In our case, after two bad experiences we weren't sure if we could trust anyone again and almost give up. We are very glad that we decided to give it another try and finally found someone who knows what he's doing and wants to do it right from the first time. Thank you very much Paul for providing us with the clean and fresh air!!!
