    Dryer Vent cleaning

    Fast, tidy and curtious. Thanks for doing a good job. Did dryer vents plus bathroom fan clean up. Also, good helpful advice on Dryer and Bathroom fan maintenance. No high pressure upscale. Thank you.

    Highly recommended

    Great service, prompt and professional. On time and within budget. They even did some complimentary work which we appreciated. We've noticed a nice difference in airflow already. I'd be happy to recommend them.

    Duct cleaning service

    This is the second time I requested The Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean my ducts. As usual,the job was nicely done by Nick who is very professional and detailed. We are very satisfied with their service right from the start of quoting to end of job. Will definitely go back to them when necessary. Good job Paul and Nick.

    Duct Cleaning

    I would like to say thank you to the duct cleaning specialist for work well done once again. I have used this company before and was very impressed with their efficiency. Happy to say I am pleased that I have decided to use them again. Nick the technician took pictures of the duct and showed me the dust and cobwebs that were there Wow!! I have to say I can actually see the difference, not as much dust around the house. Thank you Nick great job… and for also doing my dryer vent.

    Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning in a Town Home

    Mark and James were very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer my many questions and were very patient with a first time home buyer. They also advised me on some things I can do around the home to ensure my ducts stay clean and my furnace/AC lasts as long as possible. Was very happy with their service and would recommend to others.

    Paul and his team and extremely quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional and honest. They only recommended the services that would benefit my house and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists.

    Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning

    After many research I decided to hire an expensive, top Homestar ranking duct cleaning company because I thought it would offer trustworthy work. I paid $400+ for a 2,500 sq ft house with approximately 15+ vents plus dryer vent cleaning. The man confirmed with me they had cleaned all the vents in the house and the dryer vent before they left the scene. They did the cleaning on Oct 2017. A home inspector came in the following month to inspect my home yet the dryer vent looked like it was never cleaned for ages. I was shocked and furious to be honest. If they claimed they had cleaned the dryer vent when in fact they did not, how am I assured that they did the rest of their work properly? I started to feel angry about it again while I am writing this. I emailed them right away and the Owner, Paul, replied to my email personally the same day and scheduled for someone to clean my dryer vent ASAP. I believe he also called me and apologized although never came personally, which I understand would be awkward. I am giving them TWO star for resolving the issue quickly, although no discount was offered, and the two crew (four people) that came onsite and Paul (via email and telephone) all seemed to be likable people. I didn't want to think about about the unhappiness nor bad mouth about this company until recently I am checking Homestar again for other repair work to be done on the house. Since I consult Homestar review so much, I should also contribute by sharing my experience here, for the benefit of other consumers like myself. This is why I have waited for so long to post. Duct cleaning is something that's really hard to the tell the difference between good and bad other than the obvious customer service. Wish you all luck.

    Hi Vanessa, thanks for sharing about your experience. Appreciate the review. I vaguely remember this issue and as you mentioned, I sent out a crew to get the issue rectified immediately. While they were out, they did double check the HVAC system to ensure everything was in order and cleaned, which it was, they just missed doing the dryer (one thought the other did it) None the less, we did send out a crew and get the venting cleaned and in order. It's not like you ordered a service, and we tried not to do it to rip you off for $50, it was an honest mistake. As you experienced first hand, when we get an issue from a customer, we try to rectify it ASAP, which we did, and didn't believe that we are obligated to offer a discount, especially after fixing it. However, I do believe I offered you a free dryer vent cleaning service to be done in the future. So if you forgot about that, here is a reminder, so you can call whenever you may need that service and we will gladly do it as a courtesy. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. For anyone else, we stand behind all of our work, and as you can see from all the other reviews, we are usually on top of everything, do a great job, have happy customers, and customer service is probably one of the best in the industry.     Duct Cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists were extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recently bought a house that we couldn't get the odour out of even with painting, but after Paul and his team cleaned and sanitized our ducts it smells great! I have no issues at all with the service and have already recommended them to a friend.

    Great Job!

    Great experience with this company. Booking was easy and Paul walked me through the pricing/services. Mark and James came to do the work, and they were friendly and efficient. Not only did they clean all the ducts quickly, they made sure to protect the staircases with a mat. I really appreciate how they educated me on the process, how my furnace works, etc. I would definitely use this company again!

    Duct Cleaning

    Personable with a wonderful sense of professionalism. Very thorough and respectful team. Provided excellent advice as well for future maintenance. Detailed explanation throughout the visit so we understood the process and our options.
