    Duct Cleaning

    I initially contacted homestars to find a duct cleaning specialist. I had several quotes from several companies. The Duct Cleaning Specialists quote was on par with other companies. The thing that urged me to call this company is the fact that they only clean ducts. They don't do any other carpet cleaning etc. I received several notifications/reminders about the work and the time that the team would arrive. They arrived on time and ready to go. Unfortunately, the job required more equipment then arrived at my house so they sent another unit from Cookstown area. The work was done efficiently and the team was very easy to work with. Here is the part that impressed me the most... That evening (9:30 PM) I started hearing a loud noise in my furnace. This had never happened before so I called Paul immediately. He came back again (from Cookstown area) to analyze the problem. He took the furnace apart and found a piece of metal that had been left by a previous work team (not his), which was most likely dislodged by the work that had happened during the day. Paul found the problem and fixed it immediately and was willing to walk away without pay for his time. He completely stood behind his work. Very rare. Thank you Paul

    service

    very poor experince .broken my air vents .i think u need to hire a professional staff .ur charges is high but ur staff is not up to the mark.i suggest people not to go with this company.

    Thanks for the review, however, I don't believe this is for our company. If your experience was this bad, I'm sure I would have received a phone call with a complaint, as well as you not paying for the work. So you either have written a review for the wrong company, or this is someone (a competitor) with a bit of extra time on their hands (which is most likely the case). We have well over 1600 reviews (the most on Homestars) and our customer service is one of the best, so if you are an actual customer, give me a call at 647-234-3828 and we will sort this out (I won't hold my breath on that call). For those reading this review, as you can tell by the spelling and grammar of the review, this most likely is a fake one!! Any concerns, don't hesitate to give me a call personally. There are always funny people out there.

    Definite 10/10

    I had a smooth and pleasant experience from beginning to end with the Duct Cleaning Specialists! Mark and James did a fabulous job; they were efficient, hard working, prompt, and friendly. They walked me through the process and showed me how they would accomplish the job. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future; they instilled trust - which is a challenge to find these days! Thank you Mark, James and Paul - I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

    Excellent service

    Mark and James were very professional and helpful. They cleaned our ducts and made sure that we were happy with the work done. We are very happy that we went with this company and will use them again in the future.

    Awesome job!

    They came highly recommended by our contractor after he finished our renovations. We are completely satisfied with their services. They were prompt and very professional. We were shown before and after pictures and what a difference! Thank you so much!

    Smooth process and cleaning

    Had a great experience. The booking process was simple and easily done on their website. The men who came were punctual, professional and treated our property with respect. I had booked a dryer vent cleaning too, as I had heard so much about them being needed. One of the technicians took a look at our (very short) vent and did some quick tests before telling me I really didn't need it cleaned, and saving me some cash in the process. I really appreciated that! Will book them again next time and have already recommended to a friend. Thanks!

    Used twice for post renovation duct cleaning. Excellent service.

    Mark and James came to our house today. We used the Dict Coeaning Specialists two years ago when we did renos just after moving into our home. Had some renovations in the basement recently and called them back in. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Duct cleaning

    The guys were amazing, we’re courteous and cleaned my ducts to a high standard. The before and after photos they showed me, proved it. They were the only company to also clean my dryer vents and even bathroom fans. Thank you James, will calling you again

    Very happy

    James and Mark came to my home yesterday to clean my ducts. They were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They even protected the corners of my trim and kitchen island using a plastic shield to prevent damage from the tubing mechanism used. As well they laid down mats to protect my floors. Since my home has been recently renovated, this was very important to me. I have already referred them to my neighbour and will use them again when needed in the future.

    Great service. Great work

    Guys we’re great! Arrived at specified time and went right to work. Our house is brand new and they cleaned up all the construction mess. I will have them back to maintain.
