    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    Very friendly efficient professional team. Arrived on time and upon noticing my dryer did not need cleaning did not charge me - what a welcome, honest approach to customer retention! (Original quote was entirely reasonable too)

    Dryer vent cleaning

    They arrived on time, removed their boots and cleaned out the dryer ducts quickly. I thought I needed to have the exterior cover replaced. The owner, Paul Hannah, told me he could do it but he thought the one I had would work now that it was cleaned. How great is that!

    Amazing customer service

    I found this company on Homestars. I have had terrible service with companies in the past. We now look up most services on Homestars first now. So we went there and this company had a top rating. So we booked and within moments we were confirmed . They came on time Johnny and Mark and were extremely professional and detailed. Great experience. Our home is fresh and the dust levels have been extensively reduced. We had our ducts cleaned a few years ago. Johnny and Mark were so detailed they found and removed not only dust but a large amount of wood chips, saw dust and drywall dust.

    Duct Cleaning

    I had just moved into my home and wanted to get duct cleaning done. The previous owners got the ducts cleaned back in 2010 and had dogs, so I wanted the ducts cleaned ASAP. After a few good reviews from people in my neighbourhood, I decided to go with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Nick and Matt were the two duct cleaners who came to my property. They were super friendly and patiently answered any questions I had. They also made sure that as a new homeowner, I knew how to take care of my vents, furnace, and humidifier throughout the year. As they cleaned my vents, they showed me pictures of the before and after. If I had to nitpick an area of improvement, it's that after they had left, I realized that my vents weren't washed and wiped down with Benefect Disinfectant. This is one of the steps that are part of TDCS's "Our Process" page on their site. I will overlook that, since Nick and Matt did such an exceptional job with the rest of the cleaning and even did a quick vacuum of my dryer vent from the outside of my house at no additional charge. [UPDATE] After I had posted my original review, Paul (the owner) emailed me personally to apologize for his staff forgetting to wash and disinfect my vents. He offered to come to my home to get that done. He even offered to come on a weekend(!). On the day of his visit, he wiped my all my vents clean and sprayed Benefect into my furnace and explained the benefits of the disinfectant. I also noticed that certain vents in my home didn't have heat coming out of them and wasn't sure if that was caused by the first duct cleaning visit. Paul quickly found the cause of that and it was actually something wrong with the ducts and was passed on from the previous owners of the house. Paul fixed the issue for us anyway and now heat is going through all our ducts. I am extremely thankful for everything that The Duct Cleaning Specialists have done for my home. They went above and beyond their responsibilities and I am so thankful I went to them for their services. I respect the fact that Paul wanted to make sure that every step of their cleaning process was met and followed through with me personally to make things right. I will definitely call TDCS in the future for duct cleaning and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

    Post Reno Duct Cleaning

    As a returning client, I am once again very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Our crew this time was Mark and Johnny. Mark was actually part of the crew that was here 3+ years ago. Good to see employee retention. Thanks Paul and keep up the good work. I highly recommend your company to everyone that reads this and everyone I know.

    Duct cleaning after renovation

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists are very professional and efficient. They did a terrific job for us following a recent renovation. They were right on time and were very thorough. We would highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

    Beyond happy I found this company!

    I never write reviews, but I had to do one for this company. I called to have someone replace a duct for a new dryer and while they were here I mentioned some bad air flow to my daughters room. After our renovation, my daughter got extremely poor air flow to the older part of the house. My contractor and another service couldn't help. Paul Hannah took a look and within minutes located the problem. He left, got what he needed and returned and my daughters room was warm (without using a little heater) for the first time in two years. I am thrilled Amazing first experience...so I signed up for their annual plan.

    Not enough air flow

    I had a few ducts that seemed to almost be blocked. The two fellows that came to the house listened to what I had to say did an assessment of my ducts and furnace and also repaired the problem which wasn’t blockage it was the furnace itself had been left with gaps upon installation by another company. The guys were awesome and I’m so impressed with the knowledge they had and their honesty. I would higher recommend this company I already have to two people

    Clean ductwork after reno

    I called this company based on the many great reviews I saw at Homestars and glad we did. Paul, the owner explained on the phone exactly what they would do and the cost . The guys(Mark) were on time, very friendly and did a great job and left no mess whatsoever. Did a couple of things I had not thought of for no extra charge and had some good tips. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone looking for a professional job. Rod

    Duct Cleaning -The Duct Cleaning Specialists

    We have problem with white dust since we got the house from the builder. Paul did our duct cleaning 2 years ago trying to fix the problem that the builder created. His team did good job but we still had the problem with the white dust that we tried to solve different ways too like installing air cleaner. After installing air cleaner we contacted Paul again ask his professional opinion about our problem. Paul contacted us right away and scheduled to come to our house next day to check the problem. After his visit he scheduled right away another duct cleaning to try to help us with the problem. We have 2 senior sick parents that live with us that issue is very important to us. Paul sent us another team that also did a good job. We hope that it will help with our problem. The duct looked very clean by the pictures they took. So if that wouldn't help then our problem is not connected with the duct because it is clean now and we will have to look for different solutions. Thank you very much Paul for coming and helping us.
