    Duct Cleaning

    From the booking of the service through to saying "thank you and good bye" once the cleaning was completed, the process was easy, informative, and friendly. I would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to anyone needing to get their air ducts cleaned. Paul and Mike arrived within the timeframe provided, explained everything and then got to work setting up drop clothes and corner protectors. Once they were finished they cleaned up and asked if I had any questions. They were friendly and professional - and great with our dog! Thank you for a job well done!!

    Professional and friendly team!

    Paul and his team (Mark, John, Mike) are super friendly and professional. They are very thorough and they take the time to explain their work and answer any questions. I have total faith in the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts, furnace, or AC cleaned.

    Quick response to request for help

    I contacted the duct specialists on Sunday night via email explaining that I had a duct that was not performing. I can't get heating or Cooling in my bedroom. I am renovating and the ceiling is open so I was hoping to find a way to figure this out before closing the ceiling but their website stated that they were very busy until late July. Nevertheless, they did send me back an email notification that they would be there Monday morning and sure enough they were there! They were polite and helpful and were able to locate the issue and give possible solutions, when several other people could not. They did not charge me for this visit, and I know it is a busy time for them. That is real customer service and I will be using them for my duct cleaning at the end of the renovation :)

    Cleaning after reno

    Excellent service by James and the crew, patiently explained the process which is totally different from my previous experience with other cleaners. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Duct Cleaning

    A truly amazing, brilliant, efficient, friendly and professional company you have Paul!... Thank you for accommodating my timings as i had to reschedule a few times but most importantly thank you for your efficiency and follow through after the service. Mark came to conduct the duct cleaning service- he arrived on time and did an impeccable job. He was thorough, friendly and went the extra mile and showed me the before and after pictures of his service. Lovely company, brilliant people..HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

    Dryer vent cleaning project for 9 unit townhouse

    We hired the Duct Cleaning Specialists to come to our building, and clean and inspect the dryer vents for all 9 units. They discovered that some units had bathroom vents connected to the dryer vents, and recommended that we have those cleaned as well. They arrived on time, and made a particular effort to not only clean the vents, but to correct any deficiencies in how the vents were installed. Some units had extra long venting zig-zagging across the floor! They also provided us with photos showing the before and after. We were all shocked at how much lint build up was there, and so thankful to have had it professionally cleaned. We were also particularly appreciative not only of the cleaning job, but of their efforts to educate us about proper maintenance and how to mitigate fire hazards going forward. We are looking forward to having them come back every year, so that we can continue to sleep soundly knowing that we have reduced a significant fire hazard in our building. As one owner exclaimed: This is really scary stuff. I can't thank you enough for arranging this. Paul and his partner were wonderful. My duct (correct term?) was sitting on the floor. He explained why it needed to be changed, and then did it for me. I must admit that until they came, I didn't give the dryer vents much thought, but having talked to them and seen the pictures, I'm even more grateful to you and my neighbours who were proactive, and helped us avoid what could have been a disaster. An added bonus is that my clothes dryer is much more efficient, so, not only is it safer, it is saving me time and money.

    Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Paul was very professional and flexible to my needs throughout the project, including adapting the first scheduled visit when there were other workers in the house that prohibited the work from being done by rescheduling and not charging for the initial visit.

    Ceiling Dryer Vent/duct cleaning in condo unit

    Paul and his team were helpful, informative and got the job done! My dryer had stopped Drying, in fact it was making the clothes more wet. Once the appliance repair guy confirmed that my dryer was in good working order he inspected the ceiling dryer vent to discover a tremendous lint build up. Serious fire hazard! It required a professional company to clean out. Paul and team did such an amazing job, that the ducts actually look brand new. Highly recommend. I'm sending the before and after pictures to my friends and family. it's something people overlook . PS I took those pictures.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Following a nearly year long renovation process, with a variety of less than passionate trades people, it was so refreshing to have work completed by The Duct Cleansing Specialists. Mark and Michael were friendly, thorough and very conscientious professionals. Mark took time to explain the process in detail and answered all of my questions. Both Mark and Michael removed their shoes, used corner protectors in areas that the hose was resting, and moved through the house with extreme care. Highly recommend!!

    Duct Cleaning

    Duct cleaning was done at my house today. I must say the job was done very professionally. We recently have done a major renovation at home and duct cleaning was a requirement. I would like to thank the two efficient technicians who did the job at my house today. The took photographs of the major vents on the walls prior to the cleaning and also after the cleaning was done. They explained the process of cleaning, and I am indeed a happy camper.
