    Duct cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Team came to our home this spring and did a fantastic job. We hadn't had this service done in a while, so long over due. They are busy, but worth the wait. Having known Paul and his team over the years, I knew we could trust them to do excellent work. Hi crew were on time, and respectful of our home. They take pride in their service, and earn their best of awards for a reason!

    Professional and friendly service

    I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service provided by Greg and Mark today. They arrived as scheduled and took the time to explain the steps to clean the ducts/fans, maintain our ventilation and heating system. They were very efficient in set up and clean up. I am very pleased with their service.

    Duct Cleaning and More

    The HomeStars high rating and the excellent reviews gave me the impression that this company and its management really care about the quality of service they deliver. And they met my expectations completely. I placed my order online using their automated ordering system and specified three dates in the window that was showing on line, more than a month away. But I asked in a separate email for an earlier date to accommodate my schedule. Paul replied promptly offering me a date within one week. Nick and Matt arrived on time and completed the work in about two hours. No muss, no fuss. Nick also explained how to balance the airflow – something I never really understood – and he made a change in the damper setup. Later that evening we found the resulting change in the airflow required more expert attention. I spoke to Paul about it the next day and he came and resolved the problem on a Sunday morning. The result was excellent – the best airflow we’ve ever had.

    Dryer vent and bathroom fan cleaning

    Hi, these guys are great. Courteous, considerate with noise given I had infant daughter napping upstairs. Completed work thoroughly and explained how my systems worked such that in future I am aware of what needs servicing when. I feel confident in not only calling upon their services in future but in recommending them to anyone that asks. Thank you guys! -

    Dryer vents

    I have used Homestars in the past and was less than impressed with the company I used. The Duct Cleaning Specialists, however are fantastic. Mark and Greg were very knowledgeable but found the problem wasn't the vent. After calling Paul, they didn't charge me for the call out. I would absolutely use this company again. I've had a lot of renovations done on the house and this is the best company I've worked with.

    Duct cleanjng

    Like many, every time my furnace is serviced, I receive a spate of unsolicited calls about duct cleaning. I chose instead to check out Home Stars. Three years ago, I called this service, they came and to,d me that the ducts did not need to be cleaned and to call again in 2 or 3 years. Because of this honest advice, I did cal, again this fall. I was able to book easily, my appointment was confirmed me email and again a week and a day before. Mark and Gary were to arrive between 9-11 and as close to 9 as possible. At 8:45 they called to say they were near and asked if I preferred that they wait until 9, which I thought was very considerate. They did a very thorough job and explained everything they did to me. They were great, the house was I disturbed and I will definitely use them again.

    Duct Cleaning

    I called this company based on the stellar reviews on HomeStars. I did have to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but it was well worth it. Adrian and Dante arrived on time, were personable, professional and efficient. They did a great job, I really do hear a difference in the airflow. The house even seems to smell fresher. I would highly recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    I phoned them in Oct 2015 based on an article I read on Toronto Star. They were so busy that I could get an appointment only on Nov 19. I received an email from them and everything was stated clearly as to what they would do and how and how much it will cost. They even sent reminders before the appointment. On the appointed day Mark & Greg called a few minutes before and arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly in their conduct and work. They did an excellent job and took time to do the job right. We are very pleased with the job. We would highly recommend without hesitation.

    Cleaning ducts and dryer vent

    We moved into this bungalow earlier this year, and it was evident that the heating / AC ducts had not been cleaned in quite a while. Nor had the dryer vent been properly cleaned. The two young men came at the agreed time and day, worked efficiently and politely, and made no messes. We are quite satisfied with the work.

    Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning

    Mark and Greg came yesterday to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They arrived 10 minutes early and got set up, explained the process to me, let me know I could ask as many questions as I wanted. They were efficient, courteous, and friendly. The difference between the before and after photos they showed me was quite amazing! They also helped hook up a new dryer exhaust hose and vacuumed out our furnace as no extra cost. This team goes above and beyond, and it was much appreciated. Also, I really liked how responsive the company was. We had a few questions prior to our appointment and they were answered quickly, and I appreciated the appointment reminder e-mail the day before. Thanks so much! I would and plan to highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists!
