To everyone reading, Its very rare that we come across a person like this, but you can't satisfy everyone.. But what he fails to tell is the full story and when people make false accusations like this, it is disturbing, and may refrain people from booking us, but we know how things are and don't let it get to us.. but thankfully we are able to respond. We are not rude people. We are very much happy in life and what we do and love the work we do. Hence all of the previous feedback, charity involvements, etc. We do not ask for additional money to take pictures, that is a flat out lie. As far as the tools, I think we have more than enough tools, even tools we don't even need with each job. We quoted $75 to clean out the dryer vent, which exhausts on the 2nd floor, and need an extension ladder to reach.. Which we came with.. The issue was the slope of the side of the house, we are unable to safely secure the ladder, and we do not build scaffolds. We clean the venting, and referred him to a company that would be able to help with the outside.. and DID NOT CHARGE HIM THE $75... All of our pricing is posted on the website, we explain this over the phone, send an email with a reminder and outline of job and costs. His invoice was that amount because he has a 4000+ sq.ft. home with 42 vents in total, 4 bathroom fans he wanted cleaned , a central vac and dryer vent (which was not charged) The guys spent 4.5 hours cleaning. The guys had no problem showing and explaining what they were doing, even cleaned areas of the system that were previously missed, they had to move cabinets, even to which you were thankful for.. Of course we gladly allow people to watch.. We are in your home.. Why would we tell people you can't watch the job. Your just making up claims that have no merit... Infact, we always call people to show them the process and what we find and how things work etc...We like to educate people on their systems which we did with you.. At the end of the job, everything was explained to you on the work order, in which you reviewed, and SIGNED off on, and Paid for...He is right, we did not provide an invoice on site as we are waiting for our shipment of new invoices to arrive (we ran out) However, An actual Invoice was later emailed to him (WITH HST#832114623) So not sure what he is trying to get out of saying that for. We can't please every person, but this review is ridiculous. Anyways, for those reading this review, any concerns you have, call me directly, 647-234-3828...Paul.
