duct cleaning
Steve and Mark arrived right on time as scheduled. They explained what they would be doing and answered any questions that I had. They were clean and efficient and finished the job in about 2 hours just like they told me. Steve made some recommendations about getting someone to look at my humidifier which was not working. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Duct Cleaning Specialists to my friends. Eddie

Duct Cleaning
I highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were prompt in returning my initial call and efficient in coordinating the service. Mark, a personable, energetic and meticulous young man did a fantastic job of cleaning the ducts through my whole house. He made sure I understood what he would be doing and left the place in better shape than he found it.

Duct cleaning
Based on numerous reviews, I decided to call the Duct Cleaning Specialists. Nick and his team were prompt, and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for future projects!

Duct cleaning
We hired the Duct Cleaning Specialists for the second time as we were so impressed with their service with our first experience almost four years ago. Mark was very friendly, and came out promptly. He did a clean and thorough job. He was diligent and spent a good amount of time getting everything completed. Thanks for another positive service experience!

Duct cleaning
Based on the reviews that I read about The Duct Cleaning Specialists, I called the company and spoke to the owner Paul directly. I had a few questions about the cleaning of the ducts and he took his time to answer all my questions. I proceeded to make an appointment to get the duct cleaning for my house. Everything about the job went very well. I told Paul when I was speaking with him, that I was very impressed that he had taken out the time to respond to all the reviews posted about his company, which is why I decided to go with his team of specialists. I would recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to anyone in this market.

Duct Cleaning
I had Mark, the technician arrive at my home within the time that was quoted to me. Mark was very professional explained the process to me of what he was going to do, explained as he proceeded, and took pictures of the before and after of my ducts so I could see exactly what was being removed. He had no problem with me watching the whole process. Mark went above his regular duties to ensure my home was kept clean during the process and right through till the end. We recently moved into our home that was built in 1961 but was completely renovated in 2014. After Mark was done, I noticed a huge difference to the quality of the air after he cleaned and disinfected the ducts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have no negative feedback at all!

Duct cleaning
I had our ducts, AC and furnace cleaned last week after finishing our basement. Paul's team arrived right on time and completed the work in 2.5 hrs. They were very careful not to damage the new flower bed outside as well as the recently painted walls inside. Very happy with their work.

Cleaning of all duct work, dryer vent and bathroom fans
We had just finished replacing all are hardwood flooring over a period of two weeks with the hottest and most humid weather this year. Because of the weather we had to keep the air conditioner operating so the hardwood could be laid. This meant that a large quantity of wood dust was drawn into the duct work and dispersed throughout the house. The flooring company cleaned the floors and vacuumed the ducts but they were only able to get the dust one could see. My wife was talking with a co-worker about how hard it is to find a duct cleaning company. the co-worker recommended The Duct Cleaning Specialist and read several reviews on Home Stars. I received a quote from Paul and we arranged an appointment to get the cleaning done. Mark arrived a few minutes early and start by laying protective mats on our new floors and steps. Mark took some photo of the duct work and showed them to me as he worked his way through the house there was a lot of wood dust in the ducts. While working on the furnace Mark called me to look at the furnace filter and I was amazed how dirty it was because it had been replaced only a month and a half earlier. We have had the air conditioner running continually for ten days since Mark cleaned the ducts and it is hard to find any dust in the house. Thanks again Mark for a great job. If this had of been heating season with an open flame in the furnace I can only imagine how dangerous all that fine wood dust could be.

Duct Cleaning
We noticed a smell coming from the dryer, called The Duct Cleaning Specialists based on the reviews and spoke to Paul. He came out that same day and diagnosed the problem (after spending considerable time crawling under our deck and in the basement vacuuming out the vents, etc.) He found several blockages and made some repairs without wanting to charge for anything. We were impressed by his professionalism and expertise and decided to call them to schedule a duct cleaning the next month. Adrian and Marlon came out for this service and they were friendly, quick and worked as quietly as they could. Paul came back one more time to deal with a furnace issue and once again, we have no regrets about hiring his company. Only complaint we have is that not all the top-rated trades we find on Homestars are like this company.

Dryer vent cleaning
We used the Duct Cleaning Specialists last year to clean our air ducts and dryer vent and the experience was positive all around. The staff was courteous and efficient and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. This time I had arranged for them to clean our dryer vent only given cleaning is recommended for this on a yearly basis. The technician came, reviewed the vent and advised it was clean and no service was needed - and the best part was I was not charged for any fee for this. The Duct Cleaning Specialists clearly value customer service and deserve their 10 rating. I will use them again and recommend them as well.
