After moving into our home 7 months ago and recently completing our renos, we knew we needed to get our ducts cleaned. Looking at the reviews on several sites, and on homestars, I gave Paul a call. I told Paul I was calling around for different quotes - as a rule of thumb, my husband and I don't go for the lowest quote because as we all know "you get what you pay for". He explained to me the whole process and the differentiator from his company to another and did not pressure me to book with him. I thanked him for the information and that I would call him back should we hire them for this service. After doing a few more searches, we decided to go with a reputable company (not like the groupon service we used for our previous home - which actually ended up costing more than what was presented) and called Duct Cleaning Specialists back to book an appointment.
On the day of our appointment, Mark and Steve both came to the house on time and started right away. They were polite and courteous. The whole process took about 2 hours. Before and after pics were shown, and they took the time to answer all our questions. Price was as it was presented - no surprises.
I also trust that should something pop up that we are not happy with, Paul and his team would take the time to make it right.
Overall, I'm happy with the service I received. I'd highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.
