Hi Edgar. What a funny review, I am so glad you took the time to write this. Thanks for your review. As per our phone conversation, you confirmed receipt of your $50 we refunded. Hopefully we can get at least a 1 rating for keeping our word on that. Its very sad that you were originally extremely happy with the work we originally provided for you, and that you were nice enough to refer your mother to us for business as well. What's unfortunate is that we had to delay arrival of our appointment today to repair equipment so that we can perform a proper job for her as well. We understand she had to take time of work, and this is not something we planned on happening, and were trying to do the best we could to accommodate getting the equipment fixed, or sending another truck to her home. Timing just didn't work out, and when we were willing to compensate with a discount for the inconvenience, we were treated with the utmost disrespect on the phone by her and decided just to cancel doing business with your mother. Were not here to be at the mercy of clients, and just because we have a good reputation, doesn't mean you can try and blackmail us with a negative review if we don't do as you say. Hopefully she treats other contractor and people in general with a bit more respect. Regardless, your home is still under warranty, so should you have any issues, questions or concerns about the work we did for you, give us a call and we will rectify that. We hope your mother finds a company and has a much better experience than she did with us. If we can be of any service or help, we will gladly offer it, however rates will be triple for you.
