    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Matt from the Duct Cleaning Specialists came out to my home a few months back to perform cleaning after a minor reno. I had dust everywhere and explained to Steve my problem and what I hoped he would be able to solve. He and his co-worker diligently worked on cleaning my ducts, furnace, blower, washer/dryer for a few hours. He was able to source the root of the problem (blower motor was caked in dust) and cleaned everything nicely and explained to me that I shouldn't experience any more problems for a number of years. The before and after photo's really helped to understand how bad the problem was. I truly recommend Steve as his level of customer service, and willingness to educate me with all of the nuances was really over and above (in my mind)

    Duct Cleaning

    Very professional from start to finish. Paul answered all my questions up front, set up the appointment, provided me with the pricing details via email and followed-up after the appointment to ensure everything was to our liking. Steve and Adrian were very respectful, and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Overall they exceeded my expectations with full vacuuming and brushing of all ducts and cleaning of the furnace and furnace room. They educated me on the process and provided valuable tips to keep our air and ducts clean going forward. I definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists.

    Duct Cleaning Specialists

    I had asked for our ducts to be cleaned, but when the crew arrived they concluded that only a basic service call was needed, rather than a full cleaning. The ducts were not as dirty as we thought. They could have done the work and charged the full fee, but they preferred honesty. They were also efficient and cleaned up well.

    Duct Cleaning

    From the initial quoting process to the final work onsite work performed, this Company was very professional and courteous. The staff that came on site thoroughly explained what they were doing and ensured our newly renovated home did not get scratched by the equipment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Dryer vent cleaning service

    I had a problem with our dryer last week where dryer was not drying cloths properly and there was burnt smell coming from dryer. Contacted Paul online and he promptly replied and scheduled someone to come including the cost of service which I thought was very reasonable. His team came on time as per our agreement and they spent time and did a wonderful job of cleaning the housing of our dryer vent . They showed me the clogged vent and promised me once the temperature gets warmer they will replace it without any extra charge . I have used Paul and his team for this service 2 yrs ago also and they did an amazing job that time too .I would definitely use Paul and his team again.

    Duct Cleaning

    We invited Steve and Mark into our home to clean all the cat fur from our return and supply ducts. They did a great job and were very understanding about the need to ensure our cats were kept safe and secure. Professionalism at its' best. Thanks for a great job well done.

    Duct Cleaning

    I found the crew that showed up to clean the ducts in my house were very courteous and explained the entire process to me. But I am truly disappointed in the work that was done. It wasn't until I went to do some minor work in my basement that I needed to remove a small section of a cold air return. Upon removal of this section I placed my hand inside the return and found a thick layer of dust still remained. I proceeded to remove another section to see if it had been cleaned but found the same to be true...a thick layer of dust still remained. It may have been an over-site on the part of the technicians, but now this explains why I'm still finding the house to be extremely dusty and have had to replace my furnace filters at least 6 times since the cleaning was done.

    Duct Cleaning

    Amazing service right from the first email. Paul was extremely flexible with scheduling the cleaning service. When Steve and Mark arrived they were extremely courteous always asking if I had any questions throughout the process. Once the job was complete not only was the entire site left spotless, the guys also recommended ways to improve efficiency of the furnace unit. Well done guys and thanks for all your help. Rob

    Duct Cleaning

    I'am a loyal and returning customer of Paul's who I used to clean my Ducts 5 years ago. I just finished a house renovation and decided that would make sense to have Duct cleaned as lots of debris would have been trapped in the ducts from reno. Paul's crew Mark and Steve came Friday morning at 8:45am 15 mins prior to the actual 9am appointment greeting me with a smile and hand shake. They then proceeded to explain what was going to take place and how long it would take. Steve and Mark were excellent throughout the whole process answered questions regarding the procedure, gave me tips on how to use air filters and what types to purchase etc. After all was said and done they showed me pictures of my Ducts before and After and was very pleased. So in conclusion, the service like it was 5 years ago was hands down 100% on point where the math is simple customer service, consistency, and solid workmanship = # 1 Rating on Homestars year after year. Paul and crew keep up the good work, there are no Duct Cleaning companies out there who can match your product. Thanks again
