    Duct cleaning,

    Wow, just had all the air vents cleaned in the house and what difference that made. Nothing like having the job done by professionals that not only work right but bring the correct equipment and tools to do the job. Fresh and CLEAN air is the result and everyone in the house stopped coughing and blowing their noses because of the allergenic components that were being thrown out of the air vents. Thank you Mark and Steve, You guys did a heck of a job here and were very polite and honest at the same time letting me know what was going on on each step of the cleaning process and the before and after pictures were revealed as well. A++++ Service and great price as well! Would recommend them to anyone of my friends and relatives. Thanks, T.G.

    furnace, duct, dryer cleaning

    Steve and Mark just left - they did a great job. Before they started Steve looked through our ducts to see if they even needed cleaning. They were boarder line and he suggested that they could even wait another year. We went ahead with the work anyway. This is the first time using Home Stars.. will come back for more recommendations.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    I had my air ducts cleaned. They did a good job. However, they told me that they couldn't find my air return (it was because the prior owner covered it up). When I found my air return by cutting through my hardwood floor, I told them to come back and clean the air return. I asked how much it would be and was told by Paul (owner) that THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE, even though he would have to come back to my house. When I didn't respond for a month (I had some other issues in my house I had to deal with), Paul wrote back and asked me if I still wanted the return cleaned. He actually followed up with me a month later to provide a service he wasn't going to make money on. This company is clearly trying their hardest to earn a rep for client service. I was very impressed.

    Duct Cleaning

    I used the Duct Cleaning Specialists last week, and was very satisfied. Technicians Chris and Bryan were very friendly and explained to me every step of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to clean the air in their house after renovations, or simply to live in a healthier environment.

    Duct Cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists were extremely professional & courteous! Technicians Mark and Bryen looked after each and every detail. I was very fortunate to have Paul to look after my furnace as well! Two Thumbs up!

    Duct Cleaning

    I went online to find a duct cleaning company and found duct cleaning company and went on the homestars website and lots of positive reviews so decided to call them and they recommended the healthy home package for $379.00 which was fine with me, Chris and Bryan show up explained the process and did the work and said my furnace and a/c coils did not need cleaning ended up costing $329.00 now that is very honest of them and they did a awesome job cleaned up after them. A job well done and I am very happy I used them and would not hesitate to recommend them! Bravo

    Air duct and A/C coil cleaning

    Steve and Nick did a thorough and professional job cleaning and disinfecting the ducts in our house. Steve was exceptionally polite and explained the process carefully to me. It was a big job, as we had just completed a renovation so the ducts were very dirty. They left the house clean, with the vents blowing better than they have in years, and a lovely smell of thyme in the air.

    Duct cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists are a company that did their job so efficiently and pleasantly that it makes you wonder why the other services we used during our recent renovation lagged so far behind. Matt and Greg arrived on time, worked neatly and were very respectful of the property. They explained the process to me without hesitation, they did not waste a moment and when they completed the job they cleaned up everything and then showed me before and after pictures. I am very impressed with the high quality of workmanship. When I called the company originally to get info I was very pleased with Paul's concern to deal with my particular needs because I just completed a major construction job in my home and he was able to explain what package to purchase and why. Thank you for a job well done.

    HVAC Unit and duct work cleaning in loft.

    Right from when I first spoke to Paul (the owner) on the phone I received impeccable service. He took me through the different pricing levels for the work that I could have done and helped me pick out the right package. Chris & Bryan showed up exactly as scheduled and were really understanding that I was 10 mins late! They were both excellent. But what totally blew me away is that they did a full inspection before starting any work and then, after finding that the ducts and my HVAC unit weren't actually all that dirty, confirmed with Paul that the work I ordered wasn't really necessary. So without me asking, they did only what was required and charged me far less than the original quote. I honestly can't remember the last time I dealt with a company that came in an adjusted the quote based on less work needing to be done. I was incredibly impressed by this and definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists for any work you are thinking of having done. Thanks guys!
