UPDATE: January 12th, 2015 - I have spoken with Amir and an appointment has been set up for a re-cleaning of the system for January 30th. I do not tolerate any of my employees taking short cuts, and I don't think that was the issue, just a misunderstanding of the work and procedures. None the less, everything will be rectified and I'd like to point out that customer service & satisfaction is my #1 priority. When something happens, we stand behind our work and will deal with it accordingly. Regardless if this rating gets lost with other reviews, I take this very seriously and will never leave a customer with a poorly done job. I appreciate Amir giving us the opportunity to have this issue rectified.
