    duct cleaning

    Mark and Bryan were very nice guys. Explained procedure to us. Made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. Will call them again next time the ducts need to be cleaned for sure. I give them a rating of 10.

    Service

    I had the folks from The Duct Cleaning Specialists in today. Technicians Mark & Byran were courteous, took the time to explain the process, and ensured the walls and hardwood in my home were well protected. They provided me with before and after pictures of the duct work throughout my home and the difference was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    It's easy to see why these guys now have more than 1,000 reviews. They do what they say, and they do it well. From the initial contact via email to the day of the duct cleaning, everything just worked like you'd want it to. The communication from the office was great from the beginning. On the day of the cleaning, the employee (Mark) showed up precisely on-time. He walked us through the entire process and encouraged us to ask any questions. He performed the work in a timely and efficient manner, and left the house exactly as he found it (only cleaner!). He followed up our appointment with a family member's house, and they had exactly the same experience. Great job.

    duct cleaning

    I believe in passing on names of good contractors and Paul's company is certainly that. This is our second time using them - we have an old dusty house with two pets - and they are great. On time, efficient, helpful, and polite. Their prices had gone up since we first used them; I asked if they could give us original pricing because I really didn't want to call anyone else - and they did. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had booked duct cleaning services for 2 houses side by side. The appointment was confirmed by Paul 2 days ahead of the booked time and I found this quite reassuring. On the day of our appointment, Mark arrived early and he explained the work and answered all my questions and concerns.Mark did an exceptional job and was very professional. Mark showed me the before and after shots and I was able see all the construction debris the builder had left in the ductwork. Mark left the whole area very tidy and left no concerns for us. Both the houses received the same excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

    Cleaned ductwork, checked dryer/central vac

    Paul was very pleasant and professional from the beginning to the end of the job. (Communicate by email/webpage for really speedy response). The guys showed up early and worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done. The photos of my home's ductwork was really cool and educational. I am very happy with the whole experience and would recommend their expertise.

    duct cleaning

    Chris & Jon arrived at my residence at the scheduled time. They reviewed the work order & pricing with me and answered all my questions .They were friendly, courteous & professional. They apologized for having to keep the front door open on such a cold day while they were working .They even apologized for terrorizing my cat who hid under the bed( my grandkids even seem to terrorize my cat.) In short, I was quite please with the work performed by Chris & Jon which took about 2 hours.

    Duct Cleaning

    We knew we had to get our ducts cleaned and quite certainly not by the annoying telephone solicitors that hound us day in and day out. I researched various companies on the web before finally settling on Paul Hannah's company, The Duct Cleaning Specialists - mainly because of a Toronto Star article from a while back. Not only did Paul follow-up with an immediate email confirmation after our telephone conversation, but diligently watched for cancellations at my request to try and make the appointment earlier. The boys showed up on time, and were very professional taking the time to ensure a mess wasn't made. They probably took about 90 minutes showing us pictures and discussing the process. They were honest in saying the previous cleaning was quite good (unbeknownst to me it was even done before we owned the home.) They added on a requested dryer duct cleaning. We will definitely use them again when the recommended 5 years comes around and I have already passed on their contact information to a colleague requiring the same service. BTW - I crafted this testimonial, it was not given to me to post ;o)

    Duct Cleaning

    Our family was very impressed and happy with the duct cleaning service provided by Steve and Mat recently. They were punctual, courteous, and professional while carrying out the job tasks. They understood our concerns and questions at the beginning and took time to explain the workflow and also offered extra tips in maintaining those equipments in our house. The difference between the before and after pictures were striking and we are pleased with improved air quality in the house. Customer service was also consistent from when I first contacted Paul to the offering of after-sale service by Steve and Mat should we need any further assistance. Great value + quality service and great team from The Duct Cleaning specialists! Thank you, we are very satisfied! Will for sure recommand to our friends.

    Duct cleaning

    We had our air ducts cleaned recently by the duct cleaning specialists. Steve and Matt arrived a few minutes ahead of time to set up and explain the process to me. They then went to work and did an exceptional job of cleaning the ducts, furnace filters dryer and dryer flue. Steve also showed me the before and after shots and the difference was incredible. We had old drywall, dust, wood, paper and plenty of dirt throughout the air ducts and when they finished the ducts were spotless. They cleaned up before they left and Steve did a walk around with me to explain the results and see if I had any questions. This was a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
