Great service, Paul was very clear and let us know everything he was doing. He even emailed us filter replacement recommendations. He showed up on time and stuck to his estimated time of completion. We highly recommend him for your duct cleaning needs.

Good experience, prompt service, polite and knowledgeable technician . Since it’s not something visible I can’t elaborate on the cleanliness of the ducts but the vacuum was connected and working for a couple of hours so I am assuming that everything is clean. The dryer was also cleaned and the technician commented that it was quite full of lint and a fire hazard . So it’s good that it was taken care of. Thank you for arriving on time and for taking care of the ducts and dryer clean up.

I hired this company to do a cleaning of our air ducts after we did some renovations to our home. Paul was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Prior to the date of the service, he was available both via text and email to answer any of my questions. Paul explained everything to us regarding our duct systems, as we just bought the house. Further, he notified that due to the type of system we have, the service would be cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, an excellent experience - Paul really knew his stuff and gave us tips as to how to care for our furnace/A/C/HRV! Thank you Paul and team for an excellent cleaning. Highly recommend.

Paul quickly responded to my email inquiry with a quote and date for service. Paul is friendly, professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail, took photos and made helpful suggestions. He completed the job quickly and even provided a new, shorter vent to improve efficiency of my dryer at no extra cost. Paul came out to clean out our dryer vent. There were a couple of issues he noted with our dryer to duct connection and the vent cover but Paul had them fixed in no time at no additional cost to his original estimate. He did an amazing job in a tight space and no mess left behind. Will use again.

We had such a great experience with Paul - great value and great service! My partner and I just bought a resale home and new the ducts needed a good clean - we chose the Healthy Home package that included duct cleaning and cleaning of the AC/Furnace. Paul was recommend by a family member and did not disappoint. The entire booking process was seamless with lots of communication. Paul was right on time and very kind and professional. He communicated the whole process prior to starting and promised to share the before and after pictures he was taking. Paul was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few things around our AC/Furnace that we should keep an eye on and recommendations on fixes. When he was finished everything was left spotless! Paul even came back a couple days later after we noticed our AC was leaking - he did an additional clean of the AC (free of charge!) and advised us on the potential issue and a solution. Overall, really satisfied with our experience with The Duct Cleaning Specialists and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends in the future.
