Great value and service from Paul and his team. I had them here just recently to clean out our air ducts and dryer vents. Great work as usual and super fair and honest pricing . I found this company several years ago on line . Read a featured article in the Toronto Star about this company and that's how I hired them . Will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists came to service my ducts and dryer vents. Upon examining and showing me pictures of the insides of it, he said that it does not require cleaning at this time. He cleaned my dryer vents as well, and patiently answered any questions that I had. Paul did not charge me for the cleaning of the ducts which I was appreciative of. He did charge $50.00 for gas and his time which was very fair. I am impressed by this company and have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone requiring their ducts cleaned.

Excellent service. Paul visited my home for a duct cleaning service. Once he inspected the furnace, AC and a few vents, he immediately told me a full duct cleaning was not necessary and a cost I did not need to incur. He was honest and informative. I expected to pay around $400 but in the end he only charged me for the service call and for some surface cleaning. Truly appreciated his knowledge and integrity! Highly recommend!

This was my second time using The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Another great experience! I chose the duct, dryer, a/c, and furnace package. Paul was thorough and informed me of a few things that he noticed while completing the work. I will continue to use them for future service. Highly recommended.

There is very clear description of services offered on the company's website. Paul responded to my emails and phone message quickly, and provided excellent service. He also taught me how to do some maintenance on my own.

As first-time homeowners, we hadn't realized that it would be worth having the ducts in our home looked at - especially since renovations had taken place in the home before we moved in. We noticed that we were constantly dusting certain areas of the home and contacted Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists to take a look at our system. He informed us that there was a lot of construction debris in the ducts (along with photo evidence) and worked with our schedules to find a date that worked well for us. We also appreciated that he was able to accommodate the fact that we don't have a front driveway (many other companies were apprehensive about the lack of driveway parking). Paul and his colleague arrived on time on the scheduled date and were able to get the work done during the quoted time. They were also very accommodating when we asked for a brief pause while we tended to our overly anxious cat who hates the sound of vacuums. There has definitely been a significant reduction in the amount of dust in the house and the air flow in the house seems to have improved as well.

Our vents were disgusting. I pulled toys and moldy food out of them and knew then that we needed a good vent cleaning and that this was what was making me ill. Paul was over-the-top professional. I've had vents cleaned before but I never really understand what was being done. Paul explained everything and even showed us pictures at the end. Half way through the job when he found an unbelievable amount of dust and debris he came to get us to show us. This was really helpful because it helped me make sense of why I have been feeling so sick. Believe me! If you want your vents and ducts cleaned this is the company to call!!!!
