Steve and Mat came to clean my ducts after a major renovation. They were very professional, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment they arrived, they told me what they were going to be doing and how they were going to do it. They also asked if I had any questions. I did inquire about an air vent that was closed off and leading to another vent that the previous home owners had hooked up. My contactors (who were on site) said it would take them roughly half a day to fix it but also sounded reluctant to do the job....however, the next thing I know Mat had done it in 5 minutes and I didn't even have to ask them! Not only did they rehook up my vent, they showed me what they did and how to properly seal off the old vent. Additionally they brought to my attention that our dryer duct was made of a material that was not up to code. They replaced it with one that was up to code without me even having to ask once again! Throughout the process they were more than happy to show me what they had collected from the vents (so that I knew how dirty my vents were after the renovation), gave me future tips for my ducts, furnace filter, and humidifier, and answered all of my questions. I have to say that I only went with this company based on the rave reviews from homestars and I'm so glad I did!! I hope that my review will make others choose this family owned company as well!! Ask for Steve and Mat and you definitely won't be disappointed!! They both know the true meaning of customer service!
