After more house renovations, we decided to have the ducts cleaned again. We called “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, the same company we used last time. From the last contact/visit from them I remembered being very impressed with the professional yet friendly attitude. When I called, athey had me on file and I was asked multiple question to confirm about my place (how many floors, vents…etc.). So I made an appointment for an early November visit. Prior to the appointment day, I received an email from Paul (the owner), reminding me that they are coming the next day to perform the service. Next day the crew came on time. Again, very nice to see. After they arrived they inspected all ducts for cleanliness and even used borescope to inspect and make sure that there were no breaks / separations of duct in the system. They provided a detailed explanation of what they found, and to my surprise they said my ducts were clean and intact, and do not need re-cleaning. This was due to our use of air filter on the return air system during the renovations. Upon my request they sprayed disinfectant into the system and completed their visit.
Paul (the owner) called later that day to confirm my satisfaction, and I thanked him for an excellent job. What I really liked and appreciated and I mentioned this to Paul was that the 2 gentlemen that came were being honest on what needed to be done, and not trying to sell me services I did not need.
I would highly recommend “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, and will use them again in the future.
