    Duct Cleaning

    Mark and his colleague arrived on time and were very accommodating in terms of entertaining and answering all of our questions. They were very easy to talk to and took time to explain how their equipment works. they even showed me some pictures of our vents after it has been cleaned to show how well they work. they were also very considerate of the price. i did not feel like i was overcharged at all. i would definitely recommend them and will call on them again in 5 years when our ducts need to be cleaned out again.

    Dryer vent cleaning

    Great communication. Amazing Service. Friendly, honest worker. I contacted them on Sunday through their web form. To my surprise I received a reply an hour later. A few emails back and forth and I had my appointment set for today between 4 and 6 PM. I received an email from the office and a phone call from Steve advising me they would be at my home in 30 minutes. They arrived at 5:30 PM to clean our dryer vents out. As they came in they were greeted us with a smile, let our dogs give them a once over and they got right to work. After assessing the vents incoming and outgoing ports they began a systematic process of prepping the area and cleaning. While they were cleaning the were very particular in cleaning up an drops of dirt and dust that fell around them. While I watched them work, they educated me on the process and were able to show me many of the big clumps of hair balls that came out of our drying, vents and pipes. After they finished with the dryer they happen to see our bathroom vents and offered to vacuum them out. This wasn't part of the service, but they said "we have the vacuum here, we're happy to." Nothing but executive customer service by not only employees, but employees who happen to be part owners too. I couldn't have asked for better service and I'll be singing the praises of Matt and Steve. Thanks guys.

    Duct cleaning

    We had actually won our service. I was researching various companies, when I decided on this one. I was perusing their website,found contest page and well...lucky me. We have a fixer upper home that we purchased about 10mos ago. Pretty sure it wasn't cleaned for a very long time... Probably never. After they came and provided a thorough service with before and after pics, our ducts are sparkling, and smelling clean. The air smells fresh!! The guys were polite, courteous and answered all our questions. Thanks again duct cleaning specialists! We will definitely have you back!

    Thank you Steve and Mat for the service today. I had the "complete home package" and the job was outstanding. I was very impressed by your punctuality, work cleanliness, patience (answering my 101 questions), friendliness & professionalism. I would definitely reuse and recommend your company.

    Duct cleaning

    We had this company out to service our ducts. They were so very honest in that they told us we didn't need our ducts cleaned ! Not many company wud b that truthful ! Especially driving all the way fm Woodbridge to Caledon village ! They happily cleaned our air filters ... Have recommended them to my friends & when we do need ducts cleaned u can be assure we'll be calling them ! Professional happy honest specialists ... A pleasure to work with !

    Duct cleaning

    Hiring a duct cleaning company from the Yellow Pages is risky business so I'm very happy I found this company on HomeStars. Steve and Adrian arrived on time, were courteous, professional, they explained everything they did before they did it, asked me several times if I was happy with the service, and they left the house the way they found it. Most importantly, they didn't try to pad the bill. The price I paid was the same as the price I was quoted on the phone. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Extremely professional and thorough. Steve and Mat were polite and service focused. It's obvious they take pride in their work and made sure to explain each step of the process. Would highly recommend this company!

    Home duct cleaning service

    Thank you so much for your service today. Mark and Chris were very professional, clean, efficient and clear on what they had done and needed to do, plus didn't try to upsell me with anything they could see that I didn't need.     The Duct Cleaning Specialists were amazing! They were so accommodating from responding to my (hundreds) of questions before and during the cleaning to even the after service emails I sent. Bryan and Mat who did the service were so professional and helpful! I have already referred them to family and friends! I will definitely call them again!! Thank you!

    duct cleaning

    Hi Paul, Thanks so much for your company. The service performed was top notch, and Steve and Mat were excellent technicians. They were friendly, and courteous and did a thorough job! After the job was finished, they showed pictures of before and after in the ducts, and how much was cleaned out. Everything was spotless, and even an old 1985 newspaper was retrieved from the cold air return. Steve also mentioned to me if I ever had questions never to hesitate to ask. Can you please tell Steve, that if he has any questions for me, that he can call and ask me any time as well. My order number was 268464. Thanks again for a great job well done! Michael
