    Duct cleaning

    This morning we had our ducts, furnace, and ac coil cleaned by Steve and Mat. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. Before starting they answered all of our questions and concerns. During the work they kept us updated verbally and through showing us pics on their camera. We previously had Paul a few weeks earlier to clean our dryer and exhaust vent. Paul was also very professional, thorough and tidy when doing the work. You can see these guys are very passionate about their job. I would only recommend this company to anyone who are looking for their services. If I could give them a higher star rating than 10 I would. Awesome job guys. Thanks so much!! see you in the future.

    Furnace blower cleaning

    We booked an appointment for duct cleaning and found them very friendly, had to reschedule it with no problem. After inspecting the system, they told us that there is no need for cleaning, Paul told us that the blower was very dirty and need cleaning, he asked if we have a heating person to do a maintenance but we asked him to clean it and he kindly agreed. He took pictures and send email afterwards with some recommendations. We found them friendly and honest, and will call them again if we need this service. Thank you Paul and Mariela.

    duct, dryer vent cleaning

    I had a full duct and dryer vent cleaning booked and when The Duct Cleaning Specialists arrived at the scheduled time, after an inspection of my system, I was told that the duct cleaning was NOT necessary! I have NEVER experienced such honesty from a company before. In addition, Paul and Mariela had travelled from Woodbridge to my home in Caledon. I did require a dryer vent cleanout as I had so much debris, including a bird's nest plugging my outlet that it took 2 hours to dig it all out. I have a long distance from the dryer to the outside wall outlet with a few twists and turns making the job a bit more difficult as well. I am so impressed with the honesty and professionalism demonstrated by this firm that I wish there were bonus stars for exemplary service because they certainly deserve it. I highly recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Mat rang the bell EXACTLY at 9 am yesterday (21st Oct 2014), impressing me with their punctuality. They were presentable, polite, efficient and competent young men who completed the work to my satisfaction. I had researched duct cleaning on the internet and also seen some videos of the horrors some unscrupulous companies make people go through (spurious overbilling, poor performance). My wife suffers from allergies and the previous tenants had two dogs. Steve showed me the phantom hole (only two inches in diameter) which was done by the previous duct cleaners. They made two 4 inch holes in the ducting in the basement and hooked it up to the powerful vacuum in their truck. And then attacked the vents and the return air system. I was shocked to see the amount of gunk, hair, and even wood shavings/concrete debris that came out. No wonder my wife had been complaining of the air quality. Their guess was that the ducts had never been cleaned since the house was built over 20 years ago (due to the wood shavings/concrete in the system). Mat kindly helped me put some foil tape on the furnace ducting joints, which was NOT included (or billed) in the original contract. Anyway, to cut a long story short, they did an excellent job, within time, and without any extra charges. They also added a delightfully (and lightly) fragrant natural disinfectant (lemon/thyme) to the system (That didn't last long as we cooked asian food for lunch ;-) . I had to wait almost a month to get a booking with them, but the wait was worth it. Keep up the good work Steve and Mat.

    Duct cleaning

    Steve & Mat are the working partners in this team. They are very friendly, efficient and professional. Worked in my house for about 3 hours. I am very happy with their work done. Excellent job. They will get my referrals.

    Duct Cleaning / Dryer Vent Cleaning

    We recently moved into a new home where the previous owners smoked and had cats. While having to switch out some vent covers we noticed how disgusting the ducts were. We called the Duct Cleaning Specialists and spoke to Paul who was beyond helpful, professional and friendly. We scheduled the job for a few weeks later, and during that time received a written quote and a confirmation of appointment. He even made some recommendations on us getting the dryer vent cleaned as it's a fire hazard if it hadn't been done. On the day of the job the workers who were scheduled to come called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They arrived and were friendly, funny and very informative. The job was not messy or dirty, the guys took extra care to keep our home clean. They let my husband take some before and after pictures of some ducts. The difference was unreal. The dryer vent had never been done and the guys had said that it was an accident waiting to happen, so thanks to Paul's recommendation we have peace of mind that's done. All in all we couldn't be happier with The Duct Cleaning Specialists, from start to finish they were beyond great. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be letting all of our friends and family know.

    Duct Cleaning and Dryer Cleaning

    Fine work from a great company. Really honest. We didn't take up much of their time, so they lowered what they charged us. We didn't even have to ask! They were extremely thorough and answered all our questions. Order# 268352

    duct cleaning

    work 268568 Steven and Adrian had come out to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They discovered that the builder had not connected our dryer vent properly and it was venting into our ceiling! They offered to come back and help us connect the dryer ducts if we got the ceiling opened up. When I called to book a time they were booked up but Paul offered to come by after his work day to help us out. He was professional and courteous. He fixed our dryer vent despite it being a touch job. He minimised a mess as he was working and cleaned everything up after which was a big help. Paul, we know it was a very late night for you and truly appreciate your commitment and service. Thank you so much. They say you are only as good as your last customer and it that is the case, you are a 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work. Your passion for your business and providing the best service shows.

    Duct Cleaning

    We have contacted Duct Cleaning Specialists after a thorough research. Mark and Steve, the team that worked on our house, were extremely professional - arrived on time, explained each step of the process, were very considerate of our property and asked us to inspect every single vent that was cleaned as soon as the work was done. They have ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. We couldn't be more pleased with the work done.
