    Duct cleaning

    Paul came in and he did an excellent job. He showed me how much dust was in my ducts. He also found that some of my ducts we blocked. I really noticed a difference after. Now all of my vents are blowing air.

    Duct cleaning

    I don't usually write reviews but from the time I contacted this company to the time the technician left our home I was impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism. Above and beyond. On time and no sign of them after they left, what a pleasant surprise. Our technician, Mark, was great, I really appreciate the time taken to explain everything that was done.

    duct cleaning

    I moved into this home 2 years ago not knowing when ducts were last cleaned. Since then we finished our basement and had new floors installed so I thought it was time for a clean. Before commencing any work they checked to see if it was necessary. I was advised the ducts looked clean and was shown pictures. I was told the work could still be done but I may want to wait (a year or 2) and save $$. He also suggested I could just have vents cleaned or do this myself and the visit would cost $0! I am so used to upselling and unreliable service from contractors, this was shocking. I requested he do the individual vents but felt no pressure either way. This saved me a few hundred dollars! I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism and custom care that the company and the staff provide. *This was yesterday and I have already recommended this company to a friend. I will most definitely be calling the duct cleaning specialists again in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    Mark and Bryan were very thorough. They explained their process, which was appreciated. They were easy to work with and left the house without a trace of disruption. All good.

    Duct Cleaning

    On time, explained work, completed work to my satisfaction and cleaned up. Also installed lint alert, they were some issues after the install was complete; they identified the issue and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    Had my ducts cleaned 2 years ago. Since then we finished our basement so I requested another clean and a furnace check. Before commencing any work they checked to see if it was necessary. The ducts were clean enough but the furnace blower needed a good clean out. This saved me a few hundred dollars. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism and custom care that the company and the staff provide. They are role models to all contractors. This is the only company that I would ever recommend for duct and furnace cleaning..

    Duct cleaning

    Awesome work done by these guys! Our ducts were filled with cat hair and other horrible stuff. They cleaned it extremely well, disinfected our system all in a couple of quick hours. Thanks a lot for the great service!

    Duct Cleaning

    Had a great experience with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Communication was excellent with Mariela at the office. The crew was punctual, knowledgeable, worked clean and tidy. To be very honest in my review here, I had only one tiny issue with the work. At the end of the cleaning after the crew left, I decided to check every vent to make sure they were all as I had them before. There were two vents that I had the damper shut off in the duct and the vent lid closed off from the results of a previous HVAC / air flow balancing test a year ago. I knew I would have to close these two off again as I didn't expect any outside company to remember the initial setup of my system after the work was done. I decided to check all the vents and 5 of them were completely closed with two of the dampers in the vents shut half way. Note: None of them were the ones that were closed before the duct cleaning. I would recommend that you check all your vents after the work is done to make sure the dampers and the vents are open or to your original setting. I would think this a normal action of any home owner with the proper awareness. To recap, I was very happy with this company and will use them again without hesitation for my next cleaning. The Duct Cleaning Specialists also selected me as their weekly winner of a $100 Home Depo gift card so I was very happy about that. Not only did I get their MS-Credit $100 off promotion on my bill but I got the $100 gift card sent in the mail as well... SCORE!

    Duct Cleaning

    After searching through this site I read through the reviews and ratings for Duct Cleaning Specialist. I called, got an estimate and set up an appointment for them to come in. Our furnace had been making sounds and we suspected it was because the ducts needed to be cleaned. Stephen and Matt came, they walked us through the process of what was to be done. They did a wonderful job, took their time to ensure everything was done properly. They helped us stay within our budget and provided excellent customer service. Our furnace is now on and not making any funny sounds plus the air in the house seems so much better. I won't hesitate to call them again and to recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning services. Thanks guys!
