    duct cleaning for dryer

    Paul and the team (Stephen and Mat) were amazing in helping me to get rid of all the lint inside the duct so that my dryer can work again. They came to my house twice and also installed a lint indicator so that I can have peace of mind that the lint will not build up to the extent of causing a fire. I would highly recommend them for any duct cleaning job!!

    duct cleaning

    Steve and Matt were very professional and helpful with tips about improving the air quality in the house. They also cleaned several areas not in the quote. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

    Duct Cleaning

    I thought I was saving money when 6 months ago I had my ducts cleaned for about $225. It turned out to be a horrible experience with an obviously incompetent crew. In the end it was a total waste of money. Within one week I had just as much dust as before - AAAaaaarghhh! Still needing the work to be done I conducted a serious amount of research on companies in the field and concerned that the same thing would happen again, somewhat reluctantly called The Duct Cleaning Specialist. WOW! They did an absolutely outstanding job including showing me photos of all the crap left behind in the ducts by the jokers I dealt with earlier. No wonder my place was always so dusty. Steve and Matt were GREAT guys. They were congenial, thorough, accommodating and most of all... very professional. They took great pride in cleaning my home and making sure it was done right and I am very comfortable in recommending them to friends and family. Apparently I'm now good for another 5 years. There is only ONE duct cleaning company I will be calling from now on. AWESOME job guys! Thank you!

    Duct Cleaning

    We purchased a home that had significant renovations and our home inspector suggested we get our ducts cleaned. He also advised us to watch the CBC Marketplace series on duct cleaning frauds in order to know what to look for. Having no personal recommendations from family and friends we took to the internet to do the research ourselves. We felt pretty confident in our choice to hire The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Fast forward to the actual appointment, Mat & Chris were extremely friendly and explained everything in detail. They showed us before and after pictures, and checked our a/c & dryer vents. They told me that there was no need to clean them as they were already clean - that saved us an extra cost that someone else could have easily taken advantage of us for. They were very thorough and answered every single one of my (many) questions with a smile. Thanks for the great visit, guys!

    duct cleaning

    I was very please with the work Chris and Nick did for me. The were punctual, fast, efficient and honest. I had requested furnace and AC cleaning and was informed that it wasn't necessary, so they removed the charges from the invoice.

    New Home Owner duct & dryer vent cleaning

    Chris and Mark did a great job! They were early, which worked well for me, and very fast and efficient. They explained what they were doing and showed me how to achieve efficiencies for the future. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

    Service

    I was using another duct cleaning company for my duct cleaning, but that company was not serving our postal area, so I browsed the web and looked at reviews from Home Star. Got good feedback for the services proided by The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Made an appointment, and the rest is hassle free. Steve and Mat came this morning as scheduled, and job was performed in great satisfaction. Guys are professional, efficient, neat and tidy, and meticulous attending to details, giving out good advice on job related issues. Highly recommend them for duct cleaning jobs.

    Duct Cleaning

    Thrilled with the honesty of the company! I made an appointment to get our home ducts cleaned a week earlier and received an email from Paul with the confirmation immediately. One day prior to the job I received another email as a friendly reminder. The two technicians (Johnny & Mark) arrived on time and were very professional. After the initial inspection I was informed that our ducts were very clean and that I didn’t need their services! They also provided an instant photo of the current condition as proof! I will definitely call them back in the future to have our ducts clean. I’m still astonished by the honestly of these technicians and the entire professionalism of The Duct Cleaning Specialists! Great Company!

    Duct cleaning

    I was highly satisfied with the service provided by Matt and Chris. They arrived promptly, got to work immediately and finished the job in a timely fashion without leaving a mess. My only complaint is that they forgot to return a small stool that they used to stand on outside. I was so pleased that they were able to fix a loose damper that caused an annoying rattle. Another bonus was that they removed and took away my old furnace filter. The biggest surprise was that the actual cost was $50 less than the estimate. I would readily recommend this company. Jacki

    duct cleaning

    Over the years, in various homes, we've had out ducts cleaned at least 4 times and this was BY FAR the most thorough and efficient cleaning we've ever experienced! Nothing but great stuff to say about the company, and about Nick and Adrian, who were diligent, knowledgeable and pleasant (and worked SO hard) We would recommend the company to friends and family in an instant and will never use anyone else. Well done!
