On the day of the scheduled cleaning, we were texted by Abed early in the morning letting us know their approx window of arrival. When he got here, he quickly started working, identified all the vents and additional things that needed to be cleaned such as the dryer vent and furnace blade and then sanitized the ducts. The overall process took 1-2 hours and he updated me from time to time.
