Hired them based on their reviews and very happy. I would totally recommend them. I was given option to tip which I did not, not because I wasn’t happy I just never been asked this before. I was not sure if this is new thing to the industry or not.Answer from pro:

In regards to the tip option, I keep this as an option for my employees as a reward for good customer service and a way for them to make some extra money in today’s economy.
