    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

Moving is challenging. Unfortunately, purchasing contaminants in the ductwork is a downside. Thank goodness for the internet. I came upon Canaduct, who has been in business for many years and has a very high rating. I was pleased to have their master technician Paul, visit my home, for the duct cleaning service. His inspection revealed deficiencies that needed addressing, which he took care of. The extra services were more than we anticipated, but worth every penny. I can feel the clean air! Impressive service.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

Great reviews for Canaduct lead me to their website. The video was impressive, and so was Paul's performance. He showed me clearly that the returns were NEVER cleaned. With his experience and his partner - the truck...very powerful!!- the job was done to our satisfaction. I'll call them again in the next few years.

    Duct cleaning

Our home is over a hundred years old, had lots of renovation work done before we bought it, and since we moved in we have dealt with some mould and mouse problems. I noticed the furnace filter was old and very dirty too, and figured the vents could use a cleaning. My throat got scratchy when the HVAC system was on and I could see a lot of dust in the air, especially in our bedroom. Since having the ducts cleaned, I've noticed my throat rarely feels scratchy. The technician said maintenance every 3-5 years would be good for our house.

    Duct Cleaning

The first crew to arrive did not have enough piping to reach the furnace room, so we rescheduled for the following day. Paul Barrett arrived, and did the job cheerfully and efficiently, if a little brusquely. Service would have been improved if he'd asked where the registers were, and if he had had a vacuum to clean up afterwards. The optional add-on anti-mould spray was too expensive for what it was, at $49. But all in all, a good, reliable service.

    Answer from pro:

Indeed Mr. Arthur, we were fortunate in being able re-book the following day. Being a busy company, such is not always the case. We brought with us 175 feet of vacuum hose....more length than is offered by any duct cleaning company in Ontario! The brusque manner you refer to may well be your inference of our intention to allow you to return to your everyday home-life ASAP. Thus, our technicians focus on expediency, and limit conversation to the task at hand. Had you not taken the initiative to show me where all the registers were in your home, I should certainly have asked you for the grand tour, given that it is an older home when yesterday's imprecise building codes lacked today's definition. Each of our 3 trucks is equipped with a powerful, portable wet/dry vacuum. Mrs. Arthur's enthusiasm had her one step ahead of the technician with a quick cleaning around one kitchen vent. Killing the fungus, mold, mildew and bacteria in duct work in order to maximize our ability to improve indoor air quality is highly recommended. NOTHING is so important as good health. The cost for this service therefore, is minimal and commensurate with its benefits and with our competition.

Duct and furnace/AC cleaning plus duct sanitation.

A number of years ago, I met a congenial young man, relatively new to the country, who performed a very professional duct cleaning in my mid-town Toronto home. He was in fact, the company owner. Some years later, I called upon Canaduct to perform the service again as some main floor renovations had just been completed. An equally effective job was done by the lead technician, Paul. It's good to know that the company continues to maintain high standards both in their performance of the job at hand and in working with experienced, professional employees. CanaDuct cares about customer satisfaction and works to deliver it.

    dryer vent cleaning

Dryer Vent cleaning in my downtown condo was long overdue. I noticed that Canaduct had a top rating on the internet and a considerable number of good reviews on dryer vent cleaning. Paul called ahead and arrived on time. He performed the task with purpose. Upon completion, he showed me the amount of lint extracted from the vent. Canaduct earned this 10-star rating.

    Duct cleaning

From booking the appointment with Louise, to the technician's visit to our home, duct cleaning by CanaDuct, was a pleasant experience. Paul was very professional. He toured the house, then devised his cleaning strategy. He was patient and co-operative when it came time to wait for delivery of our new furniture. I have no hesitation in recommending CanaDuct and will definitely use them again in the next few years.

    dryer vent cleaning

A burned out heating element in a dryer can cost $600 and a clogged exhaust lint vent can be the cause, not to mention a fire hazard, so I called the best, Canaduct. Paul arrived well equipped. Upon completion, he showed me the large volume of lint that he extracted. Very professional, very thorough, very quick. After the cleaning was done, I ran a load of laundry and my drying time was cut in half! I'll easily recover my costs in the next 3 months, not to mention my peace of mind. Don't wait before it's too late. Call Canaduct !

Was easy to contact and set up an appointment to come out to my home in Pickering. Was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciated him sharing some tips, and product knowledge, and explaining the 'what' and 'why' of his trade. I would call him again in the future and recommend him to anyone. Thanks Paul:)

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

Renovations mean duct cleaning. I've been living on the second floor of my home since February and the end is finally near. Paul came by from Canaduct (I didn't hear the front door bell and almost missed him. Thank goodness he had the convenience of the internet on his iPad). He did everything needed to my heating/cooling system and I know I shall not need their services for about 3 years. Thank you Paul.
