Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1515)

A few years ago, I had Or Sela, the owner of Canaduct, in attendance, to duct clean my home in mid-town Toronto. As a family friend, I am pleased to see that his business has grown and achieved much success together with his lead technician, Paul Barret. I commend Or's selection as indeed wise, as this duct cleaning was done with same assiduous performance as was done previously. I gladly offer this review in the hope that it will seed Canaduct with growing more business.

First time cleaning the ducts so I was searching for a company with good reviews. I found a few options and eventually decided for CanaDuct Cleaning. That turned out to be a good decision. The technician, Paul was professional and knowledgeable, he answered to the questions I had and also provided me with some tips about HVAC system and at the end he left the house neat and clean. One thing I understood while searching for a company was that the vacuum is a very important piece of equipment while doing this kind of job and they have it. And last but not least the price was good.

Canaduct does indeed deserve its top rating on Google and Home Stars. The duct cleaner was punctual, pleasant and professional, offering suggestions in preparing my furnace for the coming season. I have no hesitation in offering a well-deserved review for Canaduct.

I met Paul while he was duct cleaning a residential home not too distant from my home. Not having our ducts cleaned for 7 years meant that we were overdue. We booked an appointment, he arrived on time and delivered a stress-free performance, being careful to cover our wooden floors with a protective red tarp. He was professional, personable and informative. No need to shop around. I recommend Canaduct.

Ahmed and Alex were great guys and fast workers. They came a bit early and were very courteous for the sleeping baby :) Everything was cleaned well,which is a lot considering it's a 100 year old house and we have cats!

We hired CanaDuct to clean our ducts after we completed a major renovation to our basement. Although we contacted a few companies, CanaDuct was the quickest to reply and had a reasonable rate. We were able to hire them to perform the work within less than a week. Paul arrived on time and completed the service to our satisfaction. He recommended that we clean our furnace as well which we went ahead with. Overall we were impressed with CanaDuct and would hire them again in the future.

The fellas (Ahmed and Alex) came promptly at 6PM. They were both efficient and courteous and considerate of the property. They answered all my questions about the furnace and honestly gave me their opinion while patiently leading me thoroughly through the 8-point inspection. I am very impressed and would use their services in a heartbeat.

I got more than I bargained for with the technician's visit from CanaDuct. I needed suggestions on how I could more effectively cool the second floor in my home. Paul indicated the large skylight over the stairway. Its admits a great deal of light, together with heat. I shall research investing in a horizontal blind. He shared a few more ideas on indoor air quality and checked the dampers as well. It was a pleasant visit from a skilled technician.

The technician called ahead and arrived on time to perform duct cleaning in my resale home. The previous owners seemed to have little idea of the need to maintain the furnace, AC or humidifier. Although I had not planned on putting more money into the system, I knew it was necessary in preparation for winter. Paul did a great job.

I appreciate the fact that they were able come on a Saturday with a promise to arrive between noon and 2:00 pm. Paul arrived at 1:30 pm. He kept me informed of what he was doing and he made recommendations to clean the furnace which I accepted. After that, he efficiently went to work and I was able to continue with what I needed to do that afternoon. It was a hassle-free experience from booking the appointment with Louise on Thursday to getting the air ducts in our house cleaned by Paul on Saturday.
