We found Canaduct to be highly rated, called Louise to book, and Paul arrived as scheduled. He was a pleasant gentleman and did a good job. I have now booked an appointment with his employer Mr. Or Sela, to perform further work on our HVAC system.

The Canaduct technician arrived on time and was very detailed in his work. I had a lot of questions about mold and air quality, and Paul was able to answer them all. Louise was helpful in the booking procedure as well. Great company to deal with.

He prepped furnace for winter and got all the dirt out of the ducts with "his partner," the truck. In the home we just purchased, there exist 2 stickers on the furnace, indicating when the duct cleaning was done previously. I was glad when Paul unscrewed the return vents from the walls for 2 reasons: it gave me a chance to wash them, and I knew he was doing a good job. He took a picture of the large volume of brown dirt that fell into j-channel of the furnace, making me realize just how dirty the vents were. He completed his visit with furnace and AC cleaning, then sanitized the system with an all-botanical disinfectant.
