Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1515)

The technician called while he was on way, apologizing for being a little bit behind time. Understandable given rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon. He did a very complete job, and left the air in the home smelling and feeling so much cleaner. Thank you Canaduct. I was not disappointed.

Duct Cleaning service could be better. The technician was late for the early morning appointment. One of the intake ducts was completely missed. They don't have any video equipment to inspect the ducts after the cleaning to verify the job, so you have to take their word that its clean. If you are thinking of opting for a disinfectant spray, know that it will no be as thorough as you imagine disinfection to be. It is simply taking a nice natural smelling product and spraying it into the many holes that the technician will make, so some areas will be completely missed as they are not easily accessible (so in all honesty it is not worth the 59$ charge for the disinfection, might as well spray Lysol into the intake ducts and you will achieve the same result).

I have no regrets calling upon CanaDuct and agree with the comments in their many excellent Homestars reviews. Despite all the equipment required for the process, Paul did little to disturb my work in the office in my Oakville home. I went for the whole cleaning package, as the furnace and AC has suffered some neglect in the past few years. I had recently had a humidifier installed, but Paul showed me that the flow control regulator may be malfunctioning as water continued to drain on the pad although the furnace was not on. I shall have to call the technician back as it is still under warranty. Very satisfied with work Paul completed.

Spent a lot of money to have my ducts cleaned by a well reviewed company but disappointed. They didn't seal other vents so we had clouds of dust while they blew out other registers, didn't clean the dryer vent from the outside as well as indicated they would & our furnace stopped working the night of the cleaning (our furnace is only 5 years old & maintained yearly), they did not resolve the issue as indicated the same night they would & we ended up fixing it on our own as we were unwilling to sleep at 15 degrees for more than one night. Communication was contradictory.

Our home is only 5 years old, but the builder had not done any duct cleaning. I made an appointment with Canaduct and the technician arrived on time. They use a very large truck and a lot of equipment to do this work, including some very large hoses. Paul pointed out that the furnace and AC need cleaning as well. We got a little discount and went ahead with the work. My neighbour will have Canaduct in soon to have his house done.

Duct cleaning had not been done in our home in a number of years, and our research led us to Canaduct. They consistently have great reviews. Paul arrived on time, was minimally disruptive to our home based business and the price was right. He performed the work precisely as advertised, including a free inspection of the system.

Reading the reviews on Home Stars and Google makes me realize how so many homes are being renovated. Mine included. Although my first appointment with Canaduct had the technician unable to do the job, due to illness, Louise offered me the first available booking with their lead technician, Paul. I was quite surprised when he revealed his age, because he moved with the speed and agility of a far younger person, performing a great job as well. My wife is mere days away from giving birth, but the air will now be appropriately cleaner for my expanding family. We're looking into superior air cleaners now with Canaduct. I was pleased to see Paul at ease with my Doberman Pinscher as well.

With the exception of the kitchen, renovations are just about completed. Of course, duct cleaning is the order of the day. Booking an appointment with Louise was easy. Then Paul from Canaduct arrived on time and performed very effective work with all the invasive tools necessary. Nicely done. Give Canaduct a call.

ALEX our service person was polite, friendly, and worked very hard to do a good job on ducts that had not been cleaned for ages. He worked well with me, and did a thorough job. I am pleased with the result

Our situation was very much like so many of the reviews I read on Home Stars: basement flooded, renovations, then duct cleaning. Canaduct obviously knows very well what to expect, and the technician did a fine job. He most respectful of our lovely home, and was quick to make friends with our 2 Scottie dogs. I would recommend this company.
