    Main Line Flushing and replacing Toilet seal

    I just move down into a new place and was having some major issues with the plumbing. I called Gentlemen Plumbers, received excellent customer service over the phone and was given an appt the following day. The plumber Adam arrived on time and diligently worked straight until the issues were resolved. He was polite, courteous, respectful and very hard working. He was only satisfied when the job was completely Done an issue resolved and I would definitely Recommend Gentlemen Plumbers and would highly Recommend Adam Visser!!! Thanks Adam and Gentlemen Plumbers for Top Notch Service!!!

    Bathroom renovations

    I had to turned the water off to replace a cartridge in a bathroom shower. I was unable to remove the outer sleeve of the cartridge. The inner part I removed was traded for an updated version at Home Depot. I phoned another plumber, but there was no contact. After several hours, I sent an online request for service. The response indicating contact was coming was prompt as was the phone call. The earliest slot was in 2 days. I lived without water until Daniel arrived (on time) ... He was unsuccessful removing the "stuck" cartridge sleeve. The shower was installed in 1979 ... It was time for an update ... Daniel completed the project. The other bathroom needed a new sink and taps ... Daniel completed the project. Daniel diagnosed an issue with the house main shutoff valve. Daniel plans to complete the project tomorrow. There will be an additional charge for this visit.

    Furnace repair.

    In the winter of 2015, I needed a furnace and had difficulty finding someone that was familiar with a fan coil heating system. When I connected with Daniel S and Trevor, they were extremely helpful in ordering the necessary part from the U.S. Due to manufacturer issues, there was a lengthy delay in getting the part. Daniel and Trevor kept in contact with me on a regular basis and when the part was finally received, I felt like they took extra care with the installation to make sure everything went well. Last week, I was having air conditioning installed by another company. During the installation, the furnace started to leak as it had in 2015. I immediately called Action Auger and the same day, Trevor returned my call. I filled him in on the situation and he arranged for Daniel to come to my home the following business day to inspect the furnace. Daniel determined the cause to be exactly the same as it was in 2015. Daniel said the part replaced in 2015 should not be defective this quickly and he offered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to discuss this. He also took a water sample to see if perhaps the building water supply may be causing the corrosion. Fortunately, I have warranty coverage through my credit card company. Daniel is aware of my coverage yet he still plans to speak with the manufacturer as he is concerned about how long the replacement part will last. Daniel and Trevor have gone above and beyond the call on not one but two occasions. You are very fortunate to have these two very fine gentlemen working with your company.

    Augered kitchen drain.

    Renovating our kitchen and needed the original length of drain augered. Guys were efficient and performed the task. Thanks. word word word word word word word word word word word word.

    Sewer repair

    After a sewer backup, they responded immediately to repair a corroded elbow under my basement. Upon scanning the line they found that part of the sewer on our property had been separated by roots. Since our sewer was so deep they installed a liner inside the sewer thus requiring no excavation. It was a pretty precise, technical ordeal and the guys did a great job. They had about 6 guys at the house at once, and every one of them was clean, friendly, and professional. I think for what the final installed product is, the price might have been high - but I just can't see a lot of plumbers I have used in the past pulling off something like this and I can see why it costs what it costs.

    Bathroom plumbing

    Bathroom sink plumbing sprung a leak and needed replacement. While it was not an emergency, we were able to have a plumber on site the very next day. The plumber was very informative, thorough and tidy. We would definitely utilize this company again.

    Replace two toilets

    Toilet in master suite backed up,,one in middle bathroom tank cracked..both were fully replaced…work was done efficiently and Daniel was very good in advising us what had to be done and he did it very well..I would recommend Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone they are polite and very good at knowing what to do and they do it very well..thank you Diane Becker

    Install 3 customer supplied faucets and hook up 3 sink drains

    Firstly. I have no complaints with the technician, Wayne, he was knowledgeable and efficient. My complaint is with the pricing this company uses. Even if I assume an inflated labour price of $300.00 per hour and a 150% mark-up of parts used, I can only reach slightly more than half of what this company charged.

    Plugged kitchen sink

    Was able to get a next day appointment and left us some preventative drain treatment. Great service too. Wayne was professional on time and we appreciated his knowledge base and household inspection. Will use this service again.
