    The furnace install was done perfectly

    Richard started early in the morning and he worked until it was done he cleaned up before he left. He took us through the new install until we understood the new thermostats. I am very happy with the work he did.

    Plumbing: kitchen faucet replacement

    Excellent service for kitchen faucet replacement from Colten. He came on time, took Covid-related precautions and he was thorough. I highly recommend this company that has delivered consistently efficient plumbing services.

    Sump pump

    Our old sump pump was so loud it could wake the dead. Our new sump pump is so much better . We don't even hear it running. Thank you Richard.

    Auger out main septic line.

    Had them come out and had to listen to a sales pitch. He broke the first auger. Waited two and half hours for him to come back and try for 30 minutes. Then told me I will have to dig up the line for eight grand. No discount or half rate or anything. Next time I will just burn the money. FYI. Ended up getting the blockage out for 70 dollars worth of waterline and a case of beer for some muscle. Thanks for nothing.

    Sump Pump Replacement

    He showed up quickly and provided pricing before the job began. Professional, polite and tidy throughout even with kids making a scene. I would highly recommend them for any service you require.

    Bath shower tap , sink tap

    though it sounds like, a bit expensive for a shower tap in bath tub changed and sink tap changed. But he did excellent work .so I recommend ,gentleman plumber.you can trust them. Greeta

    New kitchen faucet

    Had a leak from old kitchen faucet into basement. I was quoted all in 1100 for call out and install. I got sucker punched! I wasn’t in a good head space and was not thinking. They sucker you in. They are at least 50% mark up from other companies. I feel used and stupid. Will not use again. They quoted a priced for a new toilet which somehow was cheaper the the damn faucet!

    My bathroom might might have a leak?

    Saw on basement floor, signs of previous moisture. Wet wood smell from bathroom above. Frank did a thorough investigation to determine findings. It was less expensive than I was anticipating. Also changed washer and dryer to braided hose. This has been my plumbing company for many years. Definitely recommend for transparency and clarity for pricing and quality materials.

    Fix leaking pip

    Fixed a leaky joint in a copper pipe. The photos show the before and after views. Did a complimentary home inspection as well, identifying possible issues with plumbing, heating, smoke detectors, etc. but did not unduly pressure us to have them fix anything.

    Always professional

    Gentlemen plumbers are aptly named (Except one of the techs was a lady so maybe an adjustment to the name is in order?) They are always professional, knowledgeable, polite and never in a hurry. price point is in the high side but they are worth it.
