    Furnace and Toilet replacement

    We have been using The Gentlemen Plumbers for a few years now. They have done everything from minor plumbing to tankless water heaters and furnace replacement. Their plumbers have always been polite, well trained and willing to answer our questions regarding the work they are doing. AND they TIDY UP AFTER THEY ARE DONE!!

    Best possible electrical service ever

    Had no lights in my bathroom due to issues with light switch outlet. Marc from Gentlemen Plumbers/Electrical not only zeroed in on the problem and promptly repaired it with a new switch outlet, but also checked all other electrical outlets in my house (all included in the same repair service cell package), checked my furnace for efficiency levels, and identified the overdue need for a new smoke detector. Despite feeling no pressure to replace it, I made the right decision to replace it, at a very reasonable cost, which Marc was able to do in a matter of minutes. Very professional, friendly, and he wore appropriate protective mask, gloves and clothing to ensure safety. Top notch service, I really couldn’t be happier, especially with the total cost for such exceptional service and repairs!

    Good job

    Water heater was leaking. Called and they sent Tom within the hour. After assessing Tom told me about all my options and was able to replace my water heater in the same appointment as he had everything in his truck. Though Gentlemen Plumbers cost more than I'd like, I know they stand behind their work and I trust their guarantee. Tom was a great service agent, friendly and patient and fixed what I needed in a weird time like Covid19. Masked and clean!

    Flush valve / flapper replacement on toilet

    My toilet has been continuing to run after flushing, the float doesn't completely rise enough to shut it off so I just wanted to replace the flush valve and since I was dong that thought I may as well have the flapper changed out as well. I had the tank drained to facilitate a speedy service. I asked about the cost since you advertised a service by job, no hidden fees and was shocked at the price of $570 for what I know is a simple job with parts less than $20!! The tech did not even open his bag or look at the toilet I could NOT justify that outrageous charge. Had I been given any indication when I called to request the service (I specifically stated what I needed done) I would never had booked the service. Now I am out of pocket for $73.45 for a 5 minute useless service call. The tech told me it would be a four hour job, I have since completed the job myself and it took me 45 min but I'm not experienced. In reality it would be a 15 min job. Cost of parts $18.95 I will NEVER call Gentleman Plumbers again!!

    Leak from 2nd flr shower thru walls down to kitchen cabinets

    2nd flr shower issues with improper install, caulking, etc. Slow water leak flowed down thru walls and exited out of kitchen cabinets. Cabs were seriously damaged, moldy. GP - Frank and colleague were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, showing me lots of facts about the townhome, construction, pipe repair and maintenance, and much more useful info. They showed up on time, charged by the job which was nice to know upfront. Would definitely recommend these guys. Customer service focus and reasonable pricing, positive experience under stressful situation

    TLC for aging home

    At 25 years old my home was overdue for some TLC. The Gentlemen Plumbers took care of the two bathtub fixture repairs (one of which was very tricky - why don't builders build for future maintenance!). They were very thorough at explaining the options and associated costs. I feel that not only did they do a good job with the repair but also at making sure my preferences were taken into account. I really like The Gentlemen Plumbers approach of doing an inspection on all plumbing in the house. They found a problem that I was unaware of and wouldn't have noticed until it resulted in a basement flood and an emergency call. I appreciate that the repair was able to be fit into the same call. I will definately use their service again.

    Water Heater

    Julio was amazing. He explained to us all of our options before we made our decision to purchase a new water heater. He worked till very late and returned the next afternoon to finish his work and do our house inspection. We would highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers and Julio. Thank you.

    Sewer line from house to street

    The guys had to pull a new line in from the street to the house as it was collapsed before we purchased the home and didn’t know this. They made time to come and do the work and they did an exceptional job! Very clean and very courteous

    Toilet, Sink and Tap Replacements

    My mother-in-law was looking to replace some toilets, taps and a sink. The Gentlemen Plumbers were recommended us and we gave them a call. From our first contact with them they have been very professional, friendly and patient. Wayne came out and explained everything very well. He did an awesome job and in a timely matter. He was very good at explaining everything in detail to my mother-in-law making sure she understood every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this company. Thanks Wayne for a job well done!!

    Great Service

    Great guy Lavern...really good service. Would call again. Wore booties, cleaned up after, checked additional things in the home....overall service is ten out of ten and would recommend to anyone.
